It was fine. I really like the technician. I had purchased my whole system from them three years ago so I keep a service contract with them. I've not had a breakdown. I'm happy with them.

I have used them for years. They have put in 2 furnaces for me and A/C units. I don't really know where they stand. When I bought my furnace I compared them to other people. I called out 3 people, of course I thought they were an A compared to the other 2. I am a stickler for quality. I will pay more money for quality. You have to make an appointment a month in advance. It was a busy season. It was just a tune up of the A/C and cleaning the system off and changing the filters. Everyone is doing that. They always come out on time. They put some kind of paper footie on their shoes so they don't mess up the floor. I am a stickler for that too. I have had things go wrong and they have came out quickly. I would use them again.

I'm a repeat customer and cannot say enough good things about Control Tech. Because I have asthma, one of the best things I've done was to listen to my pulmonologist and install a whole house air purification system with a HEPA filtration system and clean my air ducts. I've recommended my friends with asthma, allergy or respiratory problems do the same in the past and just did again as recently as yesterday. I also have a Lennox heat pump and air handler. And when you have a problem, you want to go to someone who sees more of your type of problem. Control Tech knows the Lennox system and takes the time to do things right, from j-load calculations for new systems to being detail-oriented in troubleshooting.

I think we pay a contract for about $200 a year and that covers the maintenance visits and things like that, and gives us discounts if there's any repairs or we need to replace a furnace or something like that.

They did an excellent job and offered suggestions to improve efficiency and save money

We purchased our furnace and AC from this company and have kept them as the company to perform maintenance in the spring and fall. They come to do regular tuneups and inspections to ensure that we are getting the best efficiency from both units. They are extremely accommodating and easy to schedule. They even send out reminders in the mail to be sure we don't miss our appointments.

They did a good job. They are professional and responsive.

Removed old heater, installed new one, along with a small amount of custom duct work. Cleaned up when they were done. Great job, no issues.

We liked them at first and they deceived us on some things so we don't deal with them anymore. They were supposed to send in our warranty, and they didn't send it in and we didn't know that because the warranty was supposed to be sent in by them. Several times after that, we had to have work done from them, but we had to pay for it out of our pocket. It would have been covered under the warranty, but we didn't realize that they hadn't called in the warranty until we called in another company to get a second opinion about the problem we were having with our air conditioner. When we got the second opinion, he is the one that called and found out that our warranty had not been turned in and all the services would have been covered under the warranty had they sent it in. So after that we didn't want to deal with them anymore because it cost us a lot of money, that should of been covered under the warranty. It cost us the $4000. That's how we ended up going to Summer's.

We have used them for years so that always has been A-Plus. I have a contract with them so I pay one time a year. They come out and just check the thing and service it if they need to so it did not cost us anything. I guess their price is competitive. I have used them so long I don't have (price) comparison.

I would recommend them for their price and promptness.
