Charles was very flexible in when we would come to do the work. Came after 6pm to accommodate our schedule. He went out of his way to get our warranteed water heater to be replaced with a Bradford White instead of the A O Smith (cost us only $80 to switch over). He measured the house water pressure to be over 90 psig. With that pressure and the fact that the house is on a closed water system because of the water meter check valve, he determined why we were breaking water heaters prematurely. To correct the problem, he installed an expansion tank, the pressure regulating valve along with the new water heater. The work was done very professionally using high quality parts. He even upgraded the gas line. All work was done with copper and sweated joints. The PRV was done with a bypass so that I could clean it or replace it at a later date. Charles explained how to operate it and where I could buy a new one if I wanted to later.
