Description of Work: Barthuly revived my irrigation system which had not worked for more than 5 years since previous owners of the house did not maintain it properly. They replaced some heads, fixed leaks, fixed a valve and installed a new back flow. Everything was done in less than an hour and half. Great service and a reasonable price. Technicians are also knowledgeable and gave great suggestions.

Description of Work: DURING THE SPRING SYSTEM START-UP, THE REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS TO ''BE CAREFUL ALONG THE BACK EDGE OF THE BACKYARD'' SINCE HE HAD NOTICED SOME OF THE SPRINKLER HEADS WERE NOT RETURNING TO THE DOWN POSITION WHEN TURNED OFF. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT HE HAD LEFT SOME IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION IN HIGH GRASS. HE GAVE ME INSTRUCTIONS TO ''BE CAREFUL ALONG THE BACK EDGE OF THE BACKYARD''. MY HUSBAND HIT TWO OF THEM WITH THE LAWN MOWER RIGHT WHEN HE STARTED MOWING THE GRASS (NOT NEAR WHERE I WAS TO BE CAREFUL). NOW THEY''RE CHARGING US TO FIX THEM. COULD HE HAVE PUT FLAGS BY THE SPRINKLERS THAT WERE UP, OR TAKEN THE TIME TO SHOW ME WHERE? I THINK SO.

HAVE BEEN SERVICING THIS MEMBER FOR ONE SEASON. ON 4/10/03, WE STARTED THEIR SYSTEM UP. OUR SERVICE MANAGER, MICHAEL, WAS ON THE ON SITE TECHNICIAN. AFTER SERVICING, MICHAEL TALKED TO THE MEMBER REGARDING 4 ROTORS THAT WERE STICKING UP AND SAID THAT HE COULD REPLACE THEM. MARY TOLD MICHAEL THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THAT PROBLEM AS IT HAD HAPPENED IN THE PAST, BUT SHE DIDNT WANT US TO REPAIR/REPLACE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE MEMBER THEN MOWED THE YARD, DAMAGED THE HEADS, AND SUBSEQUENTLY COMPLAINED. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE HAD TOLD HIS WIFE ABOUT THE PROBLEM, AND SHE REFUSED TO HAVE IT SERVICED.
