OK then but terrible customer service now. We developed a white stain on one portion. Talked to Mike and he did not have any real answers and warranty expired. After talking to painter, we want to know best type of paint to apply. Left 3 messages for Mike, 2 messages for Ryan and 1 for Jason. Nobody had the courtesy to call back.

I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience with Aztec. The siding crew was respectful of our property and worked long hours to get the job done. The painters were equally efficient. I was concerned about the paint job on our front door because we love the color and have had problems with painters in the past getting it right. This time it was perfect on the first try. We are totally please with the whole experience and especially recommend Justin Webb, the sales director we worked with. He returned emails promptly and addressed quickly the few questions and concerns we had.

From start to finish AZTEC made it very easy for me. They removed the old siding and guttering and hauled it off. They installed new Hardie Plank siding and new 6" gutters. The work went smoothly and was completed on schedule. We are very pleased with the result! It took 30 years off the appearance of the house! I must also add that painting was a big part of this project and their paint contractor, Jose Rodriquez, did a very professional job which added to the final result. Mr Rodriquez also helped me with interior drywall and painting where he proved to be a "Rembrandt with mud!"

Aztec was awesome! Crews were respectful, polite, neat and tidy. Sales rep always available to answer any questions and concerns. Love the result and love our home again! Ryan and Justin were top notch to work with! The work crews were also very pleasant to have around.

When the siding was installed, a window was broke. They took care of everything and the window was replaced. They were very good to work with. Everything was done on time and we are very satisfied. The painters were exceptional! We would definitely recommend Aztec Homes.

We are so glad we chose Aztec for this project. The whole team was very courteous and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way with several walk-throughs during various stages to address any concerns or questions. I really appreciated that and I was impressed by that. Our house looks fabulous and we have received so many compliments from neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or neighbors and would use them again for future projects.

They were so professional. Their pricing is good. They were courteous and competent. We would use them again and highly recommend.

They started on time. The crew that they had, were very hard workers and finished the house in 5 days. It looks great now. In would recommend them to anyone who needs siding for their home.

Everything went great. First the sad part ... Our five-year-old fiber cement siding job was falling apart. Extremely disappointing, but the Certainteed product used was shrinking and cracking on our south and west walls. This was in no way the fault of the company (not Aztec) that installed it. I was able to recoup about $2500 from CertainTeed in a class action law suit after a tedious process of measuring and photographing every flaw (see photos) and measuring the length of every defective board. Working with Justin was a pleasure and the job of replacing our bad siding with James Harding fiber cement product was professionally spelled out in a contract. The work started with 2 or 3 weeks and it took two days to have the house ready to paint. The crew did a great job and cleaned up nicely. There were no problems. I can say the same for the paint crew who followed up a week or two later and had the job done in a day. The siding, caulking, and painting all show care and quality. I am very pleased. (Please note: The photos I am attaching were taken right after the painters left, and the paint was not completely dry yet. The color evened out).

tWe dealt with Justin Webb initially re: the estimate and also dealt with Ryan Oros, one of the co-owners of the Company. Either Justin or Ryan oversaw the job every day. The siding crew was efficient anf very hard working. The paint/caulk crew headed by Jose was excellent. He was very careful and detailed. They offered the services of a Sherwin Williamd color consultant to help us decide on our color scheme. We are very happy with the end product. Everything looks great and the Hardie Board and Miratec trim should hold up well for years to come (50!)! We highly recommend Aztec if you are considering a Hardie siding installation. They are a Hardie preferred provider.

Aztec did a full condo remodel: Walls, floors and countertops. The place looks fabulous!

Ryan was very professional and detailed. He really had great ideas and helped us with paint color schemes. His crew was very polite, hard-working, ature, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!!

After meeting with Ryan, he gave us a very detailed quote. Once we agreed to go ahead with the work, the work started on time. Ryan's siding guys did an excellent job. They worked very hard and into the evening most days and were very detail oriented. The windows installation went smoothly and was co-ordinated well with the siding work. Painting was delayed by the weather but that was outside of Aztec's control. The painters did an excellent job, and the house looks great. The workers cleaned up their work areas nightly and were extremely professional. We would definitely recommend Aztec Homes.

I contacted Aztec and left a message indicating that I was interested in an estimate. After receiving a call back, I set an appointment to meet the sales manager at my house and no one showed up. I wasn't in a huge hurry, so let it go. A few days later I received another call indicating someone would be out to measure and that the sales manager would follow-up with me. No one showed up to measure and at that point communication dropped. I'll skip the 'F' since I actually did receive a couple calls, but I'm not impressed with the follow-up or professionalism.

Matt the sales guy was amazing he worked over and beyond helping me with colors and any problems I had he would help me out. The Aztec team that came to my house where great all very nice helpful and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making my house look amazing

It worked out very well. They did the painting on a separate job. They did a very good job. They came when they said they were going to come. They were always there when they said they were going to be. I had to make appointments when they were there. They were very good about that. They were very good at helping us make the transition between the metal and their wood. Their wood is kind of fake wood but it would last for years.

Everything went according to plan. They did a great job.

The job went flawlessly. Every stage was handled professionally. I was even provided with a color consultation from a Sherwin Williams representative when it was time to paint. The crew were always early and worked till dark, putting in 12-14 hour days. They were courteous, dilligent and tireless. The painter, Jose, is the Da Vince of house painters. The lines between the trim and house colors are so clean and precise.

Ryan and Sky were very responsive and took the time to define my needs and respond quickly when I had questions.

Overall, we are very happy with the end product. We had a slight hiccup with the wrong window colors ordered, which caused the job to run longer thatn anticpated.

I met with Mike and Matt initially, but dealt with Matt throughout the process. The entire crew was so easy to work with, and I fully admit I am not an easy customer. I changed my mind quite a bit before they started, and they were always accommodating. Tim installed all the windows while the siding was being replaced. He came to my home on several occasions to measure and remeasure my unusually shaped windows. The replacement went quickly and seamlessly. I decided at that time to have my five sliding doors replaced in my all seasons room and he was able to add that to the project without issue. Jose and his painting crew were also wonderful. I couldn't make up my mind regarding exterior color. Matt and Jose were so helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Big job...in my humble opinion. I won't write a ton considering almost all their reviews are good, but they did a phenomenal job. Would recommend them to anyone and use then again if needed. Doubt I'll need then for 15+ years though...this siding is great.

Everything went to plan and at the contracted price. No surprises.

I really wanted a quote from Aztec as they had good reviews from Angie?s list and they are one of 2 certified Hardie siding installers in the area. However after a web request and 3 voicemails I gave up on them.
