Description of Work: Strip off all cedar shingles and replace with cement plank. They also fixed trouble water leakage from siding to gutter.

Description of Work: Very professional, prompt and competitive. Explained each line of estimate including time frame of completion. Just decided to use another contractor.

Description of Work: We had old cedar shake on our dormer in the back and the side gables. We had been told by a roofer that the domer shakes were rotten as was the window sill on that window. We decided to replace the cedar with James Hardie cement shingles for their durability. Mike was responsive to my requests and walked around the home with me to do an inspection and make sure we both understood the issues. They started the job on time and fairly quickly. Mike and Dave were both responsive to issues and checked in frequently. One crew took down the old siding and put up the new - took about 3 days. They worked late when needed and cleaned up after they were done for the day. The same can be said of the painting crew. Isis the crew leader was great and also answered questions and reviewed work when needed. We had one very minor issue to be resolved and they did so in a timely fashion. We are happy with the work. The house looks great. The neighbors even commented on how well things look and how great the crew was.

Description of Work: This company is located primarily in Indy but came to NW Indiana to expand. They try hard to please.

Description of Work: Received an estimate from this company for new fiber cement siding, gutters and painting ($16,200). I was very impressed with Dante Fiore and his estimate. The estimate was very detailed and he met with me to go over it in detail. I received estimates from 5 companies and considered 3. My final choice came down to this company and one other. These were the only two estimates that were totally comparable from the standpoint of the kind of installation I would be getting. If I had not been equally comfortable with the other contractor, whose estimate was about a $1000 less, I would have had Aztec do the job. I think they would provide a high quality installation and if you are looking for fiber cement siding I would recommend you get a quote from this company.

Description of Work: REPLACED OR COVERED EXISTING SIDING ON THE HOUSE WITH THE NEW FIZER COMET BOARDS AND PAINTED THE HOUSE.

Description of Work: RECEIVED QUOTE FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING ALONG WITH QUOTE TO REPLACE FIBER CEMENT SIDING ON OUR HOME. WE HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE THE SIDING, BUT HAVE NOT ELECTED TO USE THEM FOR THE PAINTING AFTER FIBER CEMENT SIDING INSTALLATION. QUOTE FOR PAINTING WAS NOT VERY DETAILED. HOWEVER, MIKE DITTMER WAS RESPONSIVE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS TO GET MORE DETAILS. PRICE WAS 18% HIGHER THAN COMPANY WE HIRED FOR THE PAINTING. OUR DECISION TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PAINTING WAS BASED ON PRICE ($3830).
