Brett was fantastic. My PC died, he picked it up same day (Sunday!). Discovered hard drive was shot and there were other issues. We agreed best bet was new one. He found a great deal on a Dell, ordered it, loaded everything he'd pulled from old hard drive and brought it to me. I could not be more satisfied with his expertise, professionalism, and service. Now I have a "computer guy" I can trust. Thanks, Angie's list. And thank you so much, Brett.

Brett picked up my CPU took it to his place and installed a new solid-state drive that I had purchased and delivered it the next day. Great service very polite.In the future if I have any issues with my computer he can remotely access my computer and either solve any future problems or advise me. Brett figured out our printer problem methodically and is so knowledgeable. A bit pricey but his experience and expertise shows in every aspect.
