Description of Work: Kathy spent 45 minutes going around our yard giving recommendations on how to improve our yard. She provided advice on questions that I asked, made suggestions for changes. She was complementary on some of the landscaping we had done, even though we never used them for planting, and purchased our plants from a variety of sources. She made suggestions on several neglected areas and recommended plants with high likelyhood of sucess in Indiana. I followed up on several of her recommendations and this has been successful. She was never pushy on buying their products

Description of Work: Altum's did some landscaping for me last year that turned out fine, so I contacted them 2.5 weeks ago for a bid on the work to be done this year. Kathy said she would get me a bid, but I still don't have one 2.5 weeks later! I followed up earlier this week, she said it was coming, and I still don't have anything. If they don't need my business, I'll take it somewhere else!

Description of Work: Kathy charge $125 in June for landscape proposal. After numerous follow up emails, phone calls and vists to the store, we still did not have the proposal. We finally demanded our money back. They did return the money (August) however, I never expected the poor customer service or lack of concern from this high end garden center. Will take my business elsewhere.
