Harman's Drain & Septic

I have used Harman's on three occasions. They were very friendly and do a great job. I am a single woman and have been cheated with home repairs in the past. I know that I can trust them to do only what is needed and do it well!

Rude on the phone. Bad customer service

I had problems locating a company that their equipment or trucks were not broke down. They were the 6th or 7th company I called. They arrived in less than a half hour. Performed the task quickly. The charge was reasonable. They offerred maintenance information to prevent problems in the future. They offerred an alternative to expensive septic tank additives that was cheap and easy to do. They also said my daughtrer could call and they would inform her of the information they had just given to me and why a follow up in a year would be important to her. Very impressed with this company.

They answered my call promptly and were friendly on the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the following morning, which was fine, as it was not an emergency. The service techs arrived at the exact time scheduled, and completed the drain clean out (kitchen sink) in about 40 minutes, despite a small problem with the configuration of our vent pipe. They actually had to finish the clean out from the roof vent, due to an incorrect elbow between our drain line and the vent pipe. They did neglect to return a couple of items to underneath the kitchen sink when cleaning up, but that was my only negative for the visit. The cost was also exactly as quoted. I will certainly use their services again, and would recommend them to others.
