Trimmed very large trees back from house and thinned out deadwood. Ascetically pleasing results and thorough job. Had to reschedule original date due to high winds and he promptly called to explain. Was out the very next business day to complete the job. Have used for treatment of trees over the past year and can say that, this spring, the trees in question last year appear much healthier... much to my surprise as they looked pretty icky last year. He is always courtesy, prompt, and makes sure the job gets done. It's obvious he takes pride in his company. We considered a different tree trimming service since we thought of this company as more of a "save my tree" organization and the other quote for trimming was slightly cheaper, but am glad I stuck with Jeff Ford. Every person we've met from the crew on this job, to the people who have come out to treat trees in the past, has been professional and courteous.

They have removed trees; pruned trees; fertilized trees. I can always depend on them to be honest,prompt and reliable. They are somewhat on the higher side of estimates, but you get what you pay for.

All work was done very carefully, professionally and in a timely fashion in spite of 90 humidity. As stated before very precise estimate! The price was in line with the amount of work done! No complaints ever with this company.

My initial call was returned promptly, and everything was done just as promised. I'm particular about how my trees are trimmed -- I don't want them to look like they've had a and quot;haircutand quot;. They should look natural, just less crowded. Jeff' understood exactly what I wanted. The trees look great. Also, the pricing was very reasonable compared to other tree services I've used.

They have been working with us for many years. They are responsive and came out when they said they would. They provide good customer service. They offered to put us on a treatment plan so that we wouldn't have to call every year. It is easy to use their service and they do good work.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for over 20 years and everyone who works for them is as nice as Mr. Ford. I think they have very high standards for who they will hire. I will use them again in the future.

I have used them for different things. They are very responsive. The technician who comes out is a licensed arborist. They are very punctual.

Their wages are good. They make sure you know whatever they do. So far we haven't had any complains. I would use them in the future.

I really don't have any complaints except on the whole tree deal. I actually talked to somebody during the summer, and I told them that I wanted to get particular trees cut down. He said he would pass it along. I never heard from anybody. I called, and the lady who answered the phone said the message wasn't passed along. She said she would put me on the list, although there were a lot of people waiting for work to be done. The person came out to look at the trees several months later and gave an estimate, but he said he was really busy. I said it wasn't an emergency, but one of the trees was pretty much dead, so I wanted it cut down before winter. I finally had to call again. I don't think they actually came to do it until late October. That was a little aggravating. I have used them for quite a few years, and this is the only time that something like this has happened.

They were recommended to us by our neighbor. They were fantastic. The owner of the company was an elderly gentleman. He drove the big truck and pulled the equipment behind the truck. He had two younger men to help him. We had a large tree that was severely damaged in the storm, the previous winter. We had decided to cut the tree down. The gentleman came out along with his crew. He got out of the car and informed us that he was there. Exactly 35 minutes later, they had cut the tree completely, branch by branch. They cut out firewood for us out the tree stump. As the gentleman was cutting the branches that were too thin to be cut as firewood, the two guys were literally running up to the tree, grabbing the branches and running back to the street to put them into the shredder. We had never seen anything like it. They were going so fast. While the older gentleman was pulling out the stump, the guys were raking the yard. They had the yard perfectly clean and the stump was taken out. The dirt was filled back in. When they were filling the dirt back in, they noticed that there was a little bit of stump left, they got the equipment back and cut the stump. They were perfect. We had never seen anything like it. They were incredible. We’ve had a lot of people do work for us, but we’ve never seen anybody like them. They did a perfect job. We recommend them highly.

Very well. They are very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I'm extremely satisfied.

They were incrediably poliete. They asked me every time if the work they were doing was something that I liked. They were very friendly and very poliete. I would absolutly use them again and actually plan on using them in the fall to take down some trees because I was so happy with them!
