+ -1 moreSteve was extremely personable, thorough and communicative on the whole process. He showed up on time and did not rush the inspection. I felt that he was honest on the insight he could provide. Since I'm not local, it was great to have someone be so responsive to my questions and flexible with scheduling. I will definitely hire again in the future.

+ -1 moreI have bought and sold a few homes and have found problems with all of the inspectors I have used (including the one who inspected my current home and did not catch any of the things Steve did). Steve was great.
Description of Work: I met Steve in a meeting one morning, asked him if he had time that day to quickly run out to my home directly following the meeting to investigate a few foundation concerns. He was able to do so and provided a thorough report with photos and suggestions on who to call.
