 + -1 moreThe project went very well. It was our first large home improvement project, so I was a bit nervous. I shouldn't have been. The quality of work was fantastic. Menno and his crew did an amazing job. My only complaint is that he took on too many projects and so instead of taking the 3 weeks that he quoted, it took more like 6 weeks. He and his crew were nice and polite and cleaned up after each day. They consulted me as the project was progressing to make sure I was happy with everything.
Description of Work: Menno and his crew added on a 20' x 16' screen porch to the back of our house.

 + 0 more,Excellent from start to finish. He gave me a written estimate for the job beforehand. I was unsure of how many poles needed to be replaced because of rot-off. He gave me a VERY reasonable "add-on" price per pole to cover those we found to need replacement. I ended up with two total. When I went to write him his check, I ,ade it out to include the two ploe replacements; he corrected me and said that ONE pole was already in the estimate price, and that I only owed him for ONE extra one; for the same job I had estimates of $2300 and $3900
Description of Work: I had a 30 yr old pole barn concrete floor 20' by 40' that had very deep cracks in half of it; he removed the "bad" half, installed new fill (crushed stone) and poured a new floor (6.5 yds concrete). I was concerned about the heavy cement truck damaging my asphalt driveway. He readily agreed to meet the concrete truck before it drove on the asphalt driveway with his bobcat & shuttled all 6.5 yards about 200 feet into the polebarn for his workers. After the concrete was all poured , screeded, and floated. he left his two teenagers and another adult worker because he had to go to another job. I had absolute complete confidence in the manner that they finished the job (troweling and applying broom finish!) They were very responsible & profdessional even without him being there!

 + 2 moreHe is very good and has been in business for awhile. He is a very nice fellow and is reasonably priced. I did not have to pay a penny until the project completed.
Description of Work: He performed a reahab on a house for me. He installed kitchen cabinets, front door, back door etc. He also poured the driveway for me.
