+ 0 moreIt was great, he had it done in two weeks. It all turned out great. He did everything that I wanted. I thought it was a pretty fair price.
Description of Work: I use McCracken Water Conditioning & Construction all the time. He's done all my hard wood flooring, he's just about done my whole house. Most recently he enclosed a wall, put in the hardwood floors, put new banisters on the stairway, put ceramic tile around the fire place, put in new light fixtures, outlets and plugs.

+ -1 moreDavid came over to give us an estimate on a long list of to do's we had on our house. Our list was mostly simple items. He told me he would call me later that evening with an estimate. I have not heard from David yet.

+ 2 moreI called Mark, with what I wanted to do. He came in and gave me an esitment and started 1 days later. He came in a ripped out all of the old floor an stripped out the bathroom (he even disposed of all the old junk). The next day he came in and layed the flooring and trim, the following day he came in and replaced the toilet and sink, plumbing and towel bars. It only took him 2 days to do all of this work. He did a great job! He will be coming back to build me a deck and put up fencing when it gets warmer. also some additional remodel work on the inside.
Description of Work: Tore up old flooring in the living room and stripped out 1/2 bath. Instaled new laminite flooring through out living room and 1/2 bath. Replaced toilet, sink, plumbling and towel bars, also installed trim through out living room and bathroom.

+ -1 moreHe was very clean and respectable, and answered all of my questions. It was so nice to have clean soft water again. He even took care of my rotten egg smell that was coming from my hot water heater with no extra charge. What a guy!!!
Description of Work: Mark removed my old water softener and replaced it with a new one. He also disposed of my old softener.
