+ -1 moreWe had the first service call on the 28th of September and found out that the igniter was bad. We could not have the repair done at that time and hoped the weather would cooperate. When I called on the 8th, I was told we would be first call for our technician that had been here. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He had been given the part and it was not the right one for my furnace, He asked me to be patient he would be right back. He returned a few minutes later and had the correct part. Dennis did a great job and had the heat on in just a few minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating or cooling work done. I have recommended them in the past and have never heard a complaint against them. We have used this company for about 15 years. Never a problem.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced the igniter system on our furnace.
