I first called Ben Franklin for this same leaky faucet and was giving a price that over triple the cost of Kirby’s. They repaired the leaky shower faucet for only $110. They were finished within 20 minutes. They were so nice and reasonable.

Went very well. I bought three new toilets from Lowes and to be installed by their installers. They arrived on time and started right away.They were very professional and quick. They did extra work without charging for the work. The tile in the master bedroom was not even and they had to do extra shimming to get the toilet to seat correctly. Also they caulked around the base of all of the toilets. They showed us how all the toilets worked and cleaned up after themselves.

As the other reviewer stated I learned about Kirby Brothers Plumbing after having one of their employees install a kitchen appliance (I believe this was a son who was an electrician). I was in need of a plumber and noticed that they were local. With my initial call they were very professional and able to come out to my house that day and give me an estimate. I was refinishing my master bath and needed all new fixtures installed. He told me since all my fixtures were Delta I didn't need to fully replace them that he could switch out the handles, shower head, etc. with a new finish and that would be much cheaper and require less labor. My shower was an older model that Delta no longer made parts for but he was sure that they had some at their shop and he would call me the next day to let me know. I got a call from him early the next day letting me know that they indeed did have the parts and gave me an estimate for the entire job: New handles, spouts, etc for shower and soaker tub and two new Delta faucets for 8 inch spread sinks including installation and some work on the sink drains to raise them to the new vanity height. He quoted me $1150 but after the job was done it came to only $1100. They came on schedule and did a great job. I was told they do no advertising since they have been in business for years and have all the work they need through word of mouth. I believe it!

The purchase through Lowe's went fine. I was a little suprised they sent a plumbing company instead of an electrical company to install the oven. They did a fine job. The only thing is, I noticed that wires were hanging underneath where I keep my pots and pans, because he used to tape to keep them up and the tape stopped holding after 2 weeks. I called them and they came back out, this time using electrical tape. The electrical tape held for about 3 weeks and then I called them again. The second time they came out they put a clamp on to hold the wires up. This has worked, but I'm not sure why it took them so long to choose this option.
