Called and all communication was great. Delivered mulch and rock next day. There was a billing mistake but I called back and there were no questions asked and the mistake was refunded.

I requested a quote on GreenCycle's website for 7 cubic yards of their topsoil/compost mix. They replied within 2 hours with a complete price including tax and delivery surcharge to my home. I placed the order and delivery was set for the next business day. The soil was perfect...dry (even though we had a heavy rainstorm 4 days earlier), 99% clod-free, even texture, and looked great. My only problem was that they sub-contracted the delivery of the soil and the subcontractor's driver made a mess of my front yard by driving on my lawn even though I had placed a tarp next to the driveway. Instead of dumping the soil by the drive, it was dumped a good 15 feet in front of my house even though the driver said he could drop it right at the house where it was to be spread. I sent photos of the ruts to GreenCycle and asked if they could even out the lawn with a water-filled roller or if they had some other solution. They said they would contact the subcontractor and have them call me to work things out. They also said if I was not happy with the subcontractor's solution, they would take care of it themselves. This is great customer service. Fortunately, the subcontractor company called me right away, came out to assess the damage and identify solutions. They said rolling wouldn't be good enough and that they could lay new sod instead. I agreed to that and they came out the next morning. While it doesn't look so great right now, I'm sure it will be totally unnoticeable next Spring. Since the soil was dumped in the wrong place (not on the tarp), I probably will have to plant grass seed next Spring there because it's impossible to shovel up all the soil...this is not a problem for me. I'm totally happy with GreenCycle Whitestown (Zionsville) and definitely would purchase from them again.
