The window they ordered was exactly the right size. I was impressed with them throughout the whole experience.

Manufacturer had slowed down so what should have been 3 weeks took about 5 weeks to have delivered. Windows were installed, they look good and the wrap job they did on the exterior I think is also good.

Everything went very well. The company was very responsive. They got the job done fairly quickly. It took some time to get one of the windows in because it was a custom window. Otherwise, they did a very nice job.

The basement screen was installed and works wonderfully. They also fixed the sliding screen door at no charge. We were very happy with the service provided by this company.

We had checked around and found that this company offered an excellent price. They were not pushy. They were easy to deal with. They did an wonderful job with the installation. It was easy to do business with them.

The salesman was outstanding; since he was the fifth company we talked to I found his price to be exceptionally good! We had received bids with the same product that were much higher. The installation was extremely efficient and well done. I cannot say enough good things about them, I am very impressed. They had the old door taken out and the new one installed in 4 hours and I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

We went into the showroom and picked out the glass and door for our shower. We put down half the money, made an appointment to have the shower measured, and was told it would take 10 days to order the glass. The man who came to measure arrived late, we discussed changing the glass to seamless, but for safety reasons decided not to. (I had spoke to the manager about possibly changing to seamless over the phone beforehand.) So after two, maybe three weeks I called to see if our glass was in. I was told that they were waiting for more of a deposit, didn't know what measurements I needed, and had NOT ordered them. I was furious asking if the man that measures and the manager communicate with each other. The manager was under the impression that we were going with the seamless, the mistake was corrected, the glass ordered, and installed approximately another ten days later.

I found this company to be very unprofessional by not calling me back with an estimate.

They sent a man who told me the windows would have to be replaced. He said someone would contact me in two days to give an estimate. It is now three weeks later and have not heard from this company. Very unprofessional!

They installed a sliding patio door. The owner came out to check on the guy installing the door and it was finished in 1 day. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS BARELY POLITE. I ASKED HER IF THERE WAS A WAY THAT SHE COULD TELL ME IF OUR CURRENT GLASS WAS PLACED BY THEIR COMPANY AND IF SO, IF THERE WAS A TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW THIS WAS IF I HAD A RECEIPT FOR THE WORK. WOULDN'T THEY HAVE THIS INFORMATION IN THEIR COMPUTERS? I WENT AHEAD AND ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE. I WAS TOLD TO MEASURE THE GLASS AND CALL BACK. I MEASURED THE GLASS AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS GIVEN AN OUTRAGEOUS ESTIMATE. I THOUGHT IT WAS INAPPROPRIATE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO MEASURE THE GLASS INSTEAD OF A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THEIR COMPANY. IT DIDN'T SEEM TO ME THAT THEY WERE TOO INTERESTED IN OBTAINING MY BUSINESS.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED IT, AND THEN CAME BACK TO INSTALL THE NEW GLASS WHEN IT CAME IN. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO DO. THEY MAY BE A BIT SLOW, BUT THEY DO COME OUT AND DO THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND IT IS ALWAYS SATISFACTORY. I'VE HAD LOTS OF GOOD LUCK WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS.

FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY PERFORMED AND THE SIZE OF THE PIECE OF GLASS REQUIRED THEY WERE EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOME WAS COURTEOUS, BUT THE WOMEN I DEALT WITH OVER THE PHONE TO ARRANGE THE SERVICE WAS RUDE. SHE ACTED LIKE I WAS IMPOSING ON HER TO REQUEST A SERVICE. IF I HAD THE TIME TO CONTACT OTHER GLASS COMPANIES I WOULD HAVE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

THE COST FOR INSTALLATION WAS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOOK THE ORDER WAS SLIGHTLY RUDE. THE INSTALLERS (WHO ARE SUB-CONTRACTED) WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND NICE.

THE SALESMAN WAS WELL INFORMED AND KNEW EXACTLY THE TYPE OF WINDOW WE HAD BY MY DESCRIPTION. HIS QUOTE WAS BASED ON MY MEASUREMENT BUT HE FOLLOW-UP WITH AN ON-SITE VISIT TO DO THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS AND CHECK THE COLOR TO MATCH EXISTING WINDOWS. INSTALLER WAS ON-TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE STARTED THE JOB AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME (3 HOURS). SALESMAN DID NOT TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT THE INCREASED THICKNESS OF THE DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW AND INFORM US OF THIS DIFFERENCE. THE WINDOWS PROTRUDE ABOUT 1/2 MORE THAN WE EXPECTED BUT ARE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.

WHEN OTHERS FAILED TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM WITH THE MIRRORS SLIDING PROPERLY, THEY DID!

I DID CHECK OTHER PLACES ON THE PRICE OF REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. I JUST THINK IT WOULD BE NICE IF ONE WINDOW DID NOT COST $560.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH AND HAVE A QUALITY PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE INSTALLING STORM WINDOWS ON COTTAGE STYLE WINDOWS, MAKE SURE THAT THEY MEASURE BOTH UPPER AND LOWER HEIGHT IN ORDER TO GET THE STABILIZER BAR IN RIGHT SPOT.

SOUTHSIDERS SHOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY THEIR BUSINESS.
