It went very well. Scott was professional in every way - punctual, polite, respectful, experienced, efficient, and effective. He diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and was able to answer my questions in ways that I could understand.

Scott has extensive experience working for another company before startiing his own busniess. We visited his workshop where he explained how the softeners work and answered all our questions. He promptly scheduled a time to look at our installation site. After analyzing our situation he suggested that we use the softener on our hot water lines only because the installation site was in a finished basement with no easy access to cold water lines. He ran special electrical lines and water lines to and from the water softener. He also installed a check valve on the backwash system. All this work was neatly done and he cleaned up after the work was complete. We are happy with his suggestion to use the system for hot water only. No other company had this suggestion. We are also glad that we can use the cold untreated water on our indoor plants, garden and swimming pool. We would definitely use his service again.

He is our water softener man and we buy our salt and everything from him. He put our unit in when we started with him. He has been great all the way. He is a good, honest guy who does great work. I would not have anybody else. He has been the best water softener man we have had. We used to use a major brand name company.

Scott was prompt, professional and honest. He offered a new softener for far less than the Rain Soft repair on their unit. His install went smooth and painless. Highly recommend Scott.

I was extremely happy with Scott's visit. We have a well, and very low water pressure because our plumbing is very old. I am so glad we had Scott come out because he informed us that our water pressure was too low for a water softener to even work! So, had we have gone to Sears ourselves and bought one, it wouldn't have even worked! Scott gave us some very good advice on getting our pressure situation fixed...and did a quick test to test for iron (which was 0) and the level of hardness (which was average). He said just to let him know when we get the pressure situation worked out and he could come out then and install a softener which would be $15-17 a month if we wanted to rent, or $850 to purchase outright. Trustworthy, professional, and friendly! :) He also went above and beyond to provide explanations of how everything worked.

Scott is outstanding, trustworthy and very professional. He provides top rate service and his work is impeccable. I know I can trust his opinion and work...a relief to work with a person and company like this. I have had no problems with the intall of this softener and the water here was extremely hard.

He's always on time for the scheduled days. He's a wonderful guy. He's very polite and explains everything. When he first came to install it, I developed a plumbing problem in my bathroom sink and he could tell there was a problem right away. He knew exactly what was causing it so I called a plumber and sure enough he was right. As soon as the plumber fixed it I called him and he was here within 15 minutes to set up my water softener. He had been recommended to me by three different people. I asked him if I wasn't there would he like to just leave the salt at the back door and he said no because he didn't want me lifting the 50 lb bag and that he would call me before he comes and if he needed to come back he would. In my utility closet where I used to have a water softener I've now added a larger furnance and didn't have room for both the salt tank and the softener so he set up a pipe from a near by closet and accommodated the space. He also always is careful where he steps so that he doesn't drag anything in and always has a clean appearance and clean truck.

Very professional, prompt and does excellent work

We noticed water on the floor around the softener tank. My husband called Scott Sheppard who owns Quality Water Solutions. He came on time that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He was efficient and tidy with a very pleasant personality. We were very pleased with his work.
