Description of Work: The gal that answered my call was very sweet and helped me get an appointment the next evening. The technician thoroghly cleaned and deoderized four bedrooms, a living room, and two hallways, as well as a flight of stairs and landing. My carpets are 9 years old and I have been having them cleaned regularly by another big-name company who does a fine job. However, this job was fantastic. I have two big dogs and a puppy; get the picture??? The tech spent and hour and a half making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and deoderized. Since the cleaning, the puppy has not had one single accident in the house, which tells me ALL the odors were removed, even the ones we humans cannot smell. Two weeks later, they are still very clean, so I know he got the dirt that was deep down in the carpets. He was even able to remove a couple of stains the other company could not. He was very nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again. I even turned my neighbor (who has three cats) on to Professional Carpet Systems. They even sent me a hand-written thank-you note after the visit. Great job guys and gals!

 + -1 moreI MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE AFTER GETTING SEVERAL QUOTES. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AHEAD WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY, THEY ENDED UP COMING 15 MINUTES EARLY. THEY HARDLY TOOK ANY BREAKS (ONLY A SHORT LUNCH, I THINK) AND WORKED ALL DAY TO GET THE JOB DONE. WHAT WAS REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME WAS THAT WHEN THEY WORKED, THEY DID NOT TALK ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES THE JOB AT HAND. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR BEHAVIOR AND VERY INTENT ON MAKING THINGS RIGHT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN THE HOUSE AND HELPED AS MUCH AS I COULD. THEY GAVE ME TIME TO VACUUM AND GET EVERYTHING SITUATED BEFORE THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE BACK. THEY EVEN SENT A VERY NICE THANK YOU NOTE AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY WERE FABULOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY CAME IN ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER OUR BASEMENT STARTED FLOODING; EXTRACTED THE WATER THEN BEGAN SETTING FANS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS TO START DRYING OUT THE BASEMENT. FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS THEY CAME BACK EVERY DAY TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF THE DRYING PROCESS. AFTER IT WAS SATISFACTORILY DRY THEY CAME BACK AND SANITIZED THE FLOORS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE COMPANY.
