I called, they gave me the estimate (actual price paid). They offered to pick up the rugs and delivered them a week later.

This guy was fine. He has a good way of establishing relationships. He did a good job, tried really hard to get everything to my satisfaction, and he met my expectations.

Extremely well. Greg's professionalism, and explanation of what would be involved and what results could be expected, convinced us to immediately hire PCS. The entire process was explained and all of our questions answered. We received quality service from Greg (who did the cleaning himself) and the owners of PCS, Kevin and Kara (who made sure all work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner -- nothing delayed or rushed). We intend to use PCS in the future and to recommend Greg and PCS to our friends and family.

Carpet cleaning was very positive . Spots and pet oders gone and carpet looked very clean. Greg did not rush thru cleaning. Took time to explain and answer questions. Cleaner was very professional and this was reflected in the completed job . I highly recommend this carpet service.

They are very prompt. They are very accommodating, also. Sometimes, they haven’t charged us, as we are their regular customers. They are very professional. Once they complete their work and before they leave, they make sure if there is any other area that needs their attention. Their prices are very reasonable. They try to offer discounts and offer multiple coupons, too. They always give coupons for the next visit. They also give coupons that you can give others. They advertise the coupons in the journals. They usually have the same crew; they have longevity with their employees. It is a family owned business. We’d recommend them highly. When they came in the last time, they came all the way across the town just to do the spot cleaning. They came out and took care of it. They also asked us if there were any other areas that needed attention. We said no and they did the job for free. We insisted that we’d pay, but they didn’t accept it. They said that it wasn’t a big deal. We felt that it was very kind of them. Each time we have used them, they have sent us a thank you note. It is always the same person, whom we deal with, everytime we call them. So, we are certain that they must be nice to their employees too. They have a minimum charge of $80 for a service call. However, before they do the job, they will let you know if the square foot space is less and if there is any additional space to work on, since they charge $80. They want you to get your money’s worth. They will tell you the price before they start on the job. They are very customer-oriented company.

Greg worked very hard and did a careful and thorough job. He did not mind my adding additional areas to clean once he arrived. The carpet did not take as long to dry as has been my experience with other companies. Now three weeks later, I continue to be very pleased with the results. The carpeting looks great!

No one in the family could remember the last time the carpets had been cleaned. So there was probably 20 years or more of dirt and stains in the carpet. The specialist did a magnificent job of cleaning and removing the stains. The living room/dining room carpet is at least several shades lighter than before and there are no visible stains. Even the indoor/outdoor carpeting in the kitchen and mudroom look lighter and free of stains. We are very pleased with the short response time, friendliness of the personell and the quality of the work.

They said they could get the stain out, but it would probably also remove the color of the carpet. They could also cut out that part of the carpet that was stained and replace it with a piece of scrape that we have. He wasn't sure if that would show or not. He was very friendly and very informative.

The rooms were measured and the cost to do the job was explained to me. I was given the option to do a Scotch-gard type spray afterwards and I chose that option. He began cleaning the carpet upstairs and worked his way to the front door. He wore footies afterwards and even gave me a couple of pairs to wear until the carpet dried. All the furniture was moved for me and they put styrofoam blocks under the furniture after the carpet was cleaned. The carpets looked great. Spots that other cleaners couldn't get out were removed. They did a great job.

They were punctual, professional and cleaned my white carpets better than others have. I used another carpet cleaning company in the past, and decided to try something else after reading claims of better results from truck-mounted steam cleaners. In the past, a high-traffic area didn't come out quite like the rest, and looks as good as new now.

We had carpet installed about 1 month prior to a flood in our basement. After restoration of the room, several stubborn stains remained on the carpet. The restoration company dispatched someone from Professional Carpet Systems. They responded immediately and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. The responder spent more than an hour working on the stains, but unfortunately was unable to remove the stain. The carpet had been damaged beyond cleaning. The representative delivered the news and told us there would be no charge. I will definitely consider them for our carpet cleaning needs in the future.

They were quick in setting an appointment and I was able to set one in the time frame I needed. They were upfront with their prices. They came out and did a measurement before they did the job. They were on time and gave a phone call before they came like they said they would. They made sure that they could use their product on all of my furniture and any questionable items were tested first. I would recommend them to others because of my experience.

I was very satisfied. They were prompt and fast. They called to ask if they could come 30 minutes early. They were very timely. The cost was less than the phone estimate. They were easy to work with and kind and polite.

PCS did a great job. They gave me a good estimate over the phone. They came to pick up my area rugs and cleaned them at their shop, which was really nice because it meant that the rugs could get really dry. The gentleman who picked up the rugs and cleaned the sofas was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about caring for the rugs and my upholstery. The rugs came back looking great and the sofas look really good, too. The gentleman who cleaned the sofas even took some extra time to brush the upholstery so that it would look extra-nice. I really liked that this is a small company with a real person who answers the phone. I originally scheduled the service for a Friday, but when I realized that that wouldn't work, they were able to change my appointment with no hassle whatsoever. The final bill ended up being lower than the estimate because they gave me a discount for having more than one rug cleaned.

They were able to remove stains and were very professional and prompt. We referred a friend and they sent us a check for 20% of their carpet cleaning bill. Very pleased with this company. Would definitely hire again.

They also left me cleaner to use. You can't even tell now where her accidents had been. They are fabulous. I think they are very reasonable. I've recommended them. They did a wonderful job. They also picked up two rugs which I was going to have cleaned, but they called me and let me know that one of rug was a bleeder and advised against it. I appreciated that.

We called PCS and were able to make an appointment to get our carpets cleaned within a week. They gave me an estimate over the phone. Gary showed up on time the day of the cleaning and called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. He worked on three rooms and the area rug. Our rooms are pretty small and the rug isn't terribly huge so he was only here for a little over an hour. The carpets are clean and look great, Gary was professional and also gave us a bottle of professional cleaner to use on any spots that we might make. Gary also gave us detailed info on when then carpets would be dry and when to put the furniture back in place. I will definitely use them again and was extremely happy with this company.

A++ work. The man who cleaned the carpet was professional and helpful. He removed a stained that we had for two years. Courteous on the phone for making appointment. They sent a thank you note in the mail for the referral. Will recommend them to everyone.

All visits were on time. I called the day of the scheduled cleaning to advise I was available early...they took advantage and came well before our scheduled visit. The workers were both pleasant and professional. They worked together and apart depending on how the work flowed. There was no mess for me to deal with and anything they moved was back where it belonged before they left. The follow-up has been impressive. They called the day after my cleaning to be sure there were no questions and sent a thank-you card days later. This was a fun company to work with: they said what they'd do; they did what they said; and they followed-up to be sure I got what I expected.

I was so impressed! My cleaning lady was also impressed. I was confident that some stains were unremovable and he removed them. The estimate was explained thoroughly.
