Andrew P, Dakota B, and Kyle M worked on adding a new drainage system to our basement. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. They did an absolutely AMAZING job!!! Job site was cleaned when they left and they even helped carry out some extra trash I had (not part of the job - but they were happy to help). I highly recommend this crew!!!

While no one wants to have to deal with foundation issues, Indiana Foundation Service made the process as painless as possible. From our free estimate to the end of the work, we couldn't be happier and feel better about the integrity of our home. CJ and Brandon were our assigned crew to install our gutter drain, sump pumps and dehumidifier. They kept us informed throughout the process and treated our home with the same respect that they would their own. They were very professional, knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail. While I hope to never have to use their services in the future, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has issues with their home's foundation.

Had an $8k drain installed in our basement. Within a week it was failing and water was still penetrating their system. Was told by install team that it was due to concrete not being cured. Had drywall reinstalled out of pocket. Now 90 days later the system is continuing to fail. They do not want to cover the expense to replace drywall in order to correct the failed install. If a system has failed twice within 90 days, it is an issue with the install. The customer should not have to pay for them to fix their mistake.

Ricky Christie did our annual inspection and was professional and thorough. He found an issue in a support beam and made us aware and wasn't pushy and demanding we sign something right now to get it fixed. We are waiting on the estimate and will decide from there. Indiana Foundation does a quality job.

I am disappointed as a customer, veteran and law enforcement for the service received, the real lack of followup, the business practices and cost. A company should ensure the customer is happy over profits, the customer should not have a worker state to them the time of the job that an additional 1300 would be best and then have them put a paper in your face stating everything is fine when at that time you don’t know for sure.

The dehumidifier placed in the crawl space was installed in the incorrect place according to IN Foundations' own diagram prompting me to research further. The price charged is more than 3X a comparable unit. After installation the company has been non-responsive after 9 calls and 2 written correspondence complaints. I would never use this company again. I am a reasonable consumer who will go through the proper channels for a correction, but this has been a total nightmare and complete ripoff. Lack of response and the overcharging proves this company does not care about the consumer once they have been paid.

On 2-22-2023 Doug Caister with Indiana Foundation services came to my home and gave me a quote on level a section of concrete in my back yard. After looking at it he told me that it would be no problem to level and secure the patio. I sign the contract and on February 27th they came to do the work. I first slab that the gentleman work on is now worse than it was when he started the second and third sections are not a whole late better then when he started, and he even caused a small new crack in a part of the concrete he was working on. Overall, it was a huge waste of money. I told a lady in their office that I was very disappointed, and she told me that she would have someone from management call me to discuss. This was on February 27th to this day March 5th I still have not heard from anyone.

Good crew workers, but absolutely terrible communication from the office staff and supervisors! The guy who did the initial inspection and estimate didn’t describe the layout of our crawlspace to the crew correctly, so our 1-day job couldn’t be finished on Day 1 (and because the on-site crew couldn’t reach any supervisors to get guidance on how to proceed with a new plan since the original plan wasn’t right). So a 1-day job that started on July 20th didn’t get done until August 1st because they kept saying the crew was coming on a certain date/time but nobody would show up, so I’d contact the office again and they’d say the crew was coming but nobody would show up, and when the crew did finally get back here they had been told that we had removed a bush that was in the exact spot they needed to put a drain BUT NOBODY HAD MENTIONED REMOVING A BUSH TO US! And, once again, the crew couldn’t get in contact with the supervisor! When he did finally talk to a supervisor they asked him if we wanted to have the drain set up in a different way that would mean the job got done that same day BUT their warranty would be invalid!! UM NO are you serious?! Absolutely asinine way to do business, I am shocked that they still get customers at all! So yeah, nobody from the office had called after the first appointment went awry to explain the situation and what they would be doing to fix it, nobody called when we had complained of the lack of communication to explain what was going on, but you can be SURE they billed me immediately after the job was finally done! No delays or waiting around to hear from their billing department haha. We will take our business elsewhere next time we need work like this done, for sure.

Work done was great. The vontracotrs doing the work were professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. 1the low rating is for the front end the sales rep misled me as to the scope of the work that would be done, Then the back end of customer service trying to get a call returned and questions answered never happened. trying to find a contact person from online near impossible. The leadership team of the company are invisible and can not be reached to escalate problems or situations. Bottom line quality work but I was sold one thing and actually delivered thing was not the same. Verify everything.

Great! IFS installed sump pumps and encapsulated our crawlspace. Always timely when sumps need attention, techs are informative with progress and details, happy to answer questions. Pleasant office staff.

James , Bryan and Edgar were prompt and courteous. James kept me up to date thorough out the process. Afterwards, he walked me through and explained all the work that was performed.

It went very well. the gentleman was very knowledgeable and went right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. I was pleased with his work.

Basement and craw space are great, but dry well system is not adequate for the volume of water being pumped out.

Josh Solomon and Noah Salisbury were the technicians who worked on my project. They were prompt, hard workers who took the time to protect my home, answer my questions and made sure I understood how the system would work. I would have them perform work in my home again.

Had a sump, perimeter gutter and vapor barrier installed. Took a couple of days over the estimate due to very well constructed concrete floor. Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend.

Andrew P and Eric D accomplished the sod repair quickly. Included was removal of clumps of sod averaging 7" above ground after 5 1/2 months waiting for them to "blend, sink, melt" into the ground and become undetectable. They leveled soil and seeded/fertilized each of the ten areas in question.

I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew.

Eugene understood his systems which lead to a solution we will be using in the near future. The solution not only meets our intent, it is also solves our current and future problems. The systems this company has is by far the best I've come across, which is why I choose this company over others. Eugene did a great job. Hiring Eugene and his team is an investment.
