The experience was excellent! They did a very good job. They cut me a great deal with the shrubs because they were leftover from the patio show, and the job took less time, so she cut some of the cost off the estimate. We would definitely hire them again!

Went very well. Service was usually done while we were gone, the results were very good.

It requires a big crew to do this job. I saw that Cheryl advertised that her crew does the job of burying the pipes but it was very difficult to get in touch with Cheryl. I really had to chase her down. I had the utility people come and mark where the utility lines, but they still ended up cutting my landscaping lights wire while digging. They did not tell me about this and I only found out when my lights would not come on. Why would they not just tell me what happened? I called and told her this had happened she just said I didn't tell her before. I was not totally pleased as in the end it was sloppy work, there is a rut in my yard where they did not fill in the line, I had to add more grass seed, fix my landscaping lights and re-mulch. I am happy that the water is running away from my house now and that the work is done.

They did very good work and their pricing was very fair. They do some removal of snow where I’m employed and they have done an excellent job of that also. They have given me a lot of free advice throughout the years.

My experience with them was so-so. I have been using them for probably two years. They are nice people, but I just did not feel that they kept their appointments too well not on the grass but a couple of other things I wanted them to do. They just did not get done like what I would have liked. I stopped using their services not so much for that. I talked to a friend who had another service that he really liked. I went with them and I really liked them also. Their price was about the same as everybody. What they did was not bad.

It was okay. It was just meant to be a temporary thing to begin with. That's the one time he came and he cut the grass way too short and left grass everywhere and I wasn't real happy. He was fair about the whole thing.

It was fine. They are right down the street. I know the people who work there and they do good work.

They are great. We have no complaints with them. They come, do it, bill us and our lawn looks green. They better than the big companies. They are easy to work with and they are local. They did not have the best price but they have good service.

I had good experience with them. I like that whenever I contact them for something, someone always answer the phone. You usually get a person so you get immediate response to things.

It worked out to be pretty good. I have not given thought to them. But they did what they were supposed to do, they did their job. I don?t have any dislikes about their service. It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. I have no complaints. I will have to give them the best because I will have them back. Their price was a little high.

It was my first time using the company. They did 5 applications. I was hoping the yard would have looked better after the service. The staff was cooperative. I had no problem scheduling their service.

We actually didn't end up going with them. We ended up going with a different company. The quote was around $5000. They were really nice and really good. With regard to price, other companies were a lot cheaper. With regard to quality, she did an excellent job if drawing everything up. She was really on top of things. I would not use them again in the future simply because of the price. There was a huge price difference between them and who we ended up with. It was about half; who we found did it for $2400 and she quoted us for $5000.

The price is fine. It's right in with everybody else.

It was pretty good. I still have a lot of weed. I felt that they were coming out more often than what they said. They were very reasonable. I am not sure if it is just because my yard has been abandoned for two years before I moved there. I think I just need some aeration but I think it might not have been their fault.

They're really good about calling me and telling me that they're going to come the following day. Over the phone, they couldn't be more professional. They're very professional over the phone. They deserve everything they get.
