The company did not show or call at the designated time to meet me for an estimate.

Rob and his crew were punctual, professional and responsive. They left the job site clean and worked around my plants.

They had to change their original date but called and kept me informed when they would be there. Work was completed and leak fixed.

The first workman did a sub-par job. Flashing and caulk work was sloppy and did not even cover the existing work. I spoke with the owner who came over to meet with me and he agreed that this was not the work he expected the workman to do. The workman did not seem to be experienced enough to accomplish the project. He told me that he would have another workman come over to redo the job. His work was better but it was still not as finished as I expected. I asked the owner to come over and inspect the work and tell me if it met his standards and he did and told me this job was fine. And it is OK, however given the price I paid for the work, when the work was completed in less than 3 hours in both the first and second attempt, I am disappointed in the final quality. I paid for the work and the owner did not communicate with me any further. I received no paperwork for the project upon completion of the project including any kind of written documentation of the warranty that he told me about during our first meeting. Additionally, in the several phone calls I made to the owner I was very surprised when he picked up the phone and did not identify himself or his business - I expect a business I am calling to identify themselves in a business-like manner. I would not use this company again.

The person who came to inspect showed up timely, but didn’t know what he was there to do. He inspected the roof once I explained why he was there. He advised me that except for some missing shingles, it looked good. He advised the company would send an estimate for repairs by e-mail within two business days. He then asked me how much I was supposed to pay for the inspection. I advised him of the amount the co and I agreed to and paid him. It has been over a month and I have never received the estimate. I guess they no longer want my business.

All went well. Plan to try them again.

All work was complete timely and professionally. Crew was pleasant, honest and dependable. I would have them come out again if I needed roofing services.

Awesome. Always quick to answer questions and phone calls. They did not push to me to buy anything I didn't need and had my best interests at heart. They were clean and quiet. When they were gone you couldn't tell anyone was in my yard.

It went fantastic, they did it all in one day. The even cleaned my yard on top of cleaning after themselves.
