You bought a deal 6 hours. I had told u when we arrived that you would get 3 hours since there was 2 of us total to 6 hours. The house was a small 3 bed 1 bath small kitchen and Livingroom . The house was totally empty and you and you mom said not to wash the floors only to dust mop them. I told u that we could sweep the basement and we did. The kitchen floor was black when we arrived and after cleaning it was back to a normal color. There was no hot water and you said to do what we could . You and your mom looked around and said it looked great!

We sent you an email to confirm the cleaning since we are coming all the way from Valparaiso and never got a response back . Since there was no response I'm not having my team drive over 30 mins one way and not sure if you remember since it was scheduled weeks ahead of time! And actually you called that afternoon and you were given a call back that same day. We offer to make another appointment for that same week and was told no.

Description of Work: It was supposed to be 6 hours of deep cleaning. They did a good job although questionable about vacuumING all the carpeting. I still noticed, threads and other small pieces of dirt on some carpetimg. There were 2 women which should have both been here for 3 hours. However,they left in about 2 hours and 10 min.
