I contacted Heather to provide a quote for cleaning my brother?s house. My brother had just started going through chemotherapy. Heather promptly returned my call and came out to the house the same day. It was decided that Heather and/or her crew would clean the house weekly. Heather, my brother and I had agreed on certain specifics that would be done each week such as: at least two associates would come each week and would be at his house for 2 hours, they would wash his floors by hand, clean bathrooms including the showers ? walls, vacuum the floors, rugs and furniture, clean the kitchen to include the polishing of the outside of the kitchen appliances, dust the furniture, door frames, pictures and ceiling fans, alternate the cleaning of certain rooms such as sun room and dining room, etc. I was there the next week when Heather and two others came to clean his home for the first time. The three of them spent nearly 2 ½ hours cleaning his home. They really hustled and did a very good job. Both my brother and I were pleased. After that, my brother had them come nearly every week for about 2 months. Early on he had expressed some concern to me that they weren?t spending as much time at his home as was expected. I told him to share his concerns with Heather. Several more weeks went by and he discussed it with Heather. According to my brother, Heather and/or one or two of her cleaning associates sometimes spent less than 45 minutes at his home. During their last visit, 2 of her crew were there about 35 minutes and Heather came the last 15 minutes. Heather told me that the time sheets her crew filled out showed different times. (Not sure why there is a discrepancy between her time sheets and the amount of time they actually spent at his home since my mother and/or brother were there nearly every time.) My brother called me to come over to his home to give my opinion of the status of his house the last time they were there. Here are just a few things I noticed: his glass end and coffee tables were badly smeared during their cleaning, some of his ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust, only the tops of some of his furniture had been dusted and not the sides or legs, other pieces of furniture such as his liquor cabinet and grandfather?s clock had not been dusted at all, his pictures, door frames and the bench to his breakfast nook probably hadn?t been wiped since the first time they were there, not all of his bedroom carpeting had been vacuumed, the wood staircase up to his bedroom was only partially dusted. They did do a very good job in the bathrooms. My brother then texted Heather that he would no longer need their services and texted her again the next week just to ensure she had received the first text. I called Heather to discuss. She said my brother had never complained about the work they had done. She said my brother did have a discussion a couple of times with her and her crew on the little amount of time that was spent cleaning his home. She told me his home just was never that messy and didn?t require more time than that. I told her what I found. After a lengthy discussion, Heather finally agreed with me that two people spending less than an hour at his home could not possibly do an adequate job, no matter how hard or efficiently they worked. I would not be able to recommend Cleaning2Perfection. Heather did offer to return to his home for a complimentary cleaning, but I declined. I suggested to Heather that she should do spot checks on the homes that were cleaned by her associates and she said she would consider that in the future. (Interestingly enough, Heather didn?t check for thoroughness even the last time she was at my brother?s home. She told me she specifically went to his home that day because my brother had complained previously of the little amount of time her crew was spending. Not sure why she didn?t check before she left for thoroughness of the job done by her crew. . . she would have seen the obvious.) I inspected my brother?s home twice and can give my first hand opinion for just those two visits. I would give her service an ?A-? for the first visit, but a ?D? for their last visit. Heather?s service has the potential to provide very good cleaning services as shown by their first visit. Heather just needs to take more of a supervisory role to ensure her crew are meeting the standards I think Heather would expect. ( I was unable to get thte exact dates of their services since my brother's health has worsened.)

Two ladies came 30 minutes late. They brought their vacuum which I told them I only wanted my vacuum used and then they used their vacuum on my main floor without my knowledge. When they asked me to check around I told them it looked like the vacuuming had not been done. I asked if she used my vacuum because something was very wrong. She told she used hers after I had said only my vacuum. That in itself makes me question them. But she then got my vacuum and did it again immediately so she did respond well. The bathroom was done well. The kitchen had many places missed. Downstairs was vacuumed and dusting was not completed, my guess was time was over for them so they left the job incomplete. Heather estimated the time and I would have been willing to adjust it and get a complete cleaning job done but the ladies did not give me the option they just rushed out. Heather would have sent them back but I could see our standards of cleaning were too far apart so I declined. I think heather underestimated our job. Heather did respond quickly to my call and came over for estimate next day. Unfortunately I could not recommend them to anyone.

Very "hit and miss". When I threatened to terminate the service, it was done correctly, only once. Then, the same old "hit and miss". Heather is a very nice person to deal with, but the people that showed up to clean were less than motivated.

I was very happy with the result and have already rehired on a regular basis. Owner was very professional, responsive and prompt. Did extra without being asked.

When I was deciding whether I should hire them, she bragged that she provided impeccable service. During the estimate, I mentioned to her that I had hurt my back and that I was having trouble using the vacuum and doing some of the other cleaning tasks. I specifically asked her to do a few certain tasks including cleaning a vent and a window that I could not reach. I also really wanted her to do all of the dusting that was difficult for me. She promised me that she would do these tasks. I was really pleased that I would finally have some of this cleaning done. It didn't bother me too, too much, but they were a little late. I went in the other room and didn't watch the whole service. I didn't want her to feel like I was watching over her shoulder. About an hour and a half later she told me she was finished. We walked to the kitchen so that I could write her a check. I noticed that she did not get to the window or the vent that I had asked specifically to be cleaned. She did it hastily and didn't get it very clean. I didn't say anything and just decided to pay her. She left. I then noticed that two more things I had specifically asked about had not been done. She did not do any dusting in the bathroom and she did not even get to the floor in the bathroom. Both of these things were important to me to have completed. I noticed they did not move some things on the floor that would have needed to be moved to clean the floor properly. Finally, they did not even touch the baseboards, as they said they would. I could go from room and room and continue to tell about examples of work they did not do. I thought about this all for about two days. I finally decided to call her. I spoke to her and told her that I was upset about the job. I gave some examples and she said that she would send a crew over on Thursday at 2:00 to fix some of the work. I skipped another appointment so that I would make sure I was there. By 3:30, she had not arrived. I called around 4:45 and told her I would have liked a call to tell me she would not be coming. She said that she was on her way, and yelled that she had not said she would come at 2:00. She continued to deny it. I told her don't bother, because it was too late for me to allow her into my home. I thought it was rude and unprofessional.

The cleaning staff was friendly and flexible. They did a great job and ensured I did a full review and was happy with everything before leaving. Will definitely hire them again! I really appreciated the flexibility to get services on short notice and with the service itself. When someone is coming into your home, it's always better to have pleasant people on top of a job well done. Cleaning 2 Perfection has both-and at a reasonable rate!

Heather and 2 others came on the designated day at the time agreed upon. They worked quickly through our house and did a very good job. We have 2 cats, a dog and 5 children, so it's not an easy job! She asked if there was anything specific we needed done and carried through on my requests. Overall, I was very happy with their service!

Heather and her colleague did a great job. I had to set this up long distance, and Heather was always prompt in returning my calls and emails and very patient. The new owners told us the house looked great.

I hired them to clean before a party. They did such a good job I decided to keep them on for regular cleanings. They are fast and professional.

I have hired and fired two other cleaners due to a lack of quality work. Im happy to say with heather and her people I don't think that will be the case again. From the first time I contacted her she was very detailed and informative in regards to the scope of work they perform and came to my house to give me an estimate within a day or two. Not only is the quality top notch, but they are fast. I have a good sized house, and they have it clean top to bottom in only 2 hours, but they don't rush. They are very thorough and think to clean things most people and cleaners don't think of. I am very happy with them and as long as the quality of work stays the same I will stick with them and recommend them to anybody looking for quality cleaning.

Heather is very flexible with her timing. She has worked with me many times with scheduling due to shift work. It is so refreshing to have a nice clean house and it smells wonderful when you walk in. If I need extra things added, Heather's price is always reasonable. We have had a good working relationship. She is proud of her business and wants her customers to be happy!

It has been a positive experience. We met and I gave Heather my expectations. We discussed several different options and finally came to bi-monthly cleaning service.

I have Heather and crew do a general cleaning of my home every other week. They do a great job and are very responsive towards any areas I need them to concentrate on.

I hired Cleaning2Perfection for my mom's home. The cleaning was for my mom's new "used" home that she was moving into. The house was very dirty inside and Cleaning2Perfection came in and did an amazing job. The kitchen, ceiling fans, bathrooms and windows sparkled. Thank you for doing such good work, my mom was very happy! We will definitely call you for future cleanings.

They are like ninja cleaners! We leave a check in the morning, they are fully licensed and bonded, so they have access to our home when we are not there. They show up on the agreed upon scheduled day, do the job they are paid to do - everytime. And we come home to a clean house. This is our first experience with housecleaners and we are very happy with our decision. It is no longer cost efficient to spend our time doing what these people do so well. Also, we are shift workers and they have been very flexible with scheduling. A pleasure to do business with this company.

They did a really nice job, they did what was asked of them. The estimate I was given was reasonable.

They did a good job with the service they provided and cleaned well. I was pleased until one day they just didn't show up. I thought they could have called or rescheduled but instead they just didn't show. I had to let them go after this and switch to a different company
