Description of Work: The first experience with this company (this review is based in my second experience) was the reason chose to use them again. They cleaned our basement family room and the floor. The area was well-done. They did a nice job on the floors (which is my priority). They did not clean the glass on the range hood and actually finished 15 minutes (for two people that's half an hour total) earlier than I anticipated. They were sitting in the car waiting for me to return from the bank getting the payment for services rendered. I suppose I need to be more specific in what I want covered going forward.

Description of Work: Cleaned large family room and bar.. Washed floor, vacuumed, and dusted. Everything I wanted. Also cleaned 2 bathrooms. Thank you so much.

Description of Work: Cleaned empty house in preparation for sale. Basement floor not completely cleaned. Counter top in basement not cleaned. Of the three estimates I obtained, this was the cheapest. Classic example of "You get what you pay for."

Description of Work: as a first time client supervisor did not come out to access job sent employees out expecting me to supervise. sent a man and woman to deep clean was not prepared for a strange male (OWNER SHOULD HAVE CALLED FIRST IF MALE WAS OK TO SEND OUT) HE DID NOT CONTRIBUTE MUCH TO DEEP CLEANING. FLOORS WERE NOT WASHED PROPERLY USED SAME DIRTY WATER TO WASH AND RINSE DID NOT CLEAN BASEBOARDS OR BATHROOM FLOORS DID NOT DUST DOOR MOLDINGS OR MANDLE OR VACUUM FAMILY ROOM OWNER ACCUSED ME OF DISCRIMATION BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT A MALE IN MY HOUSE TO CLEAN. Owner not very professional.

Description of Work: Mix up in scheduled time to arrive for the cleaning. I called Heather Sims to find out why no one had arrived yet and was told my scheduled time was for the afternoon, not in the morning. The problem for me was that I had another appt in the afternoon and needed the cleaning for the morning. I did not think Heather's response was very professional; thus, my decision to request a refund. She never responded on what I needed to do to get my refund.

Description of Work: For the price, I believe I could have got more done elsewhere. Because they were already at the house, I went on ahead and got it done because I needed my house cleaned up. Granted the organizing they did was great in the rooms I asked but for the basic supplies they brought to clean, I don't think it was worth it. I told them everything looked good but after deeper inspection I found things that needed more attention. The bathroom tub walls weren't scrubbed well, there were parts of the bathroom floor not cleaned well, master bedroom I figured they would take the time to move things out of the way to properly vacuum and the dish washing was poor as there was still food on utensils and dirt on glasses and such. But what I'm mainly happy about is the organizing they did. The cleaning itself was subpar in my ladies eyes and mine it was ok but I feel I could have got more done for the price they given elsewhere.

Description of Work: The provider contacted me very quickly, and was willing to work with me on timing for getting the job done. I am having some work done to my home and want to wait until it is completed before using the deep-cleaning service deal I purchased.

Description of Work: They didn't ask for a contact phone number so all communications was through Angie's List. They ask if 2-3 pm on 6/17/15 is good. I say yes. On the morning of 6/17 they send a reminder that they would arrive between 2-3. I replied OK. At 12:30 they send a communication that they are arriving at 12:30 due to a cancellation. I don't monitor my email on a minute by minute basis. My wife arrives home from work by 1 pm and finds their flyer. I check email and see the message. I reminded them they said between 2-3. They reply we need to reschedule. I demand they come back and honor their scheduled time. They state they will not return and they can change schedule with enough notice. Telling me at 12:30 via email that you are coming at 12:30 is not enough notice. My wife and I work. 2-3 pm was agreed upon and they should have been kept the appointment. I didn't cancel so why should I be punished? They could have asked for a mobile number but they didn't. They shouldn't have relied on email. We have our house on the market due to job relocation and wanted our home cleaned prior to viewing. Their bad business practice prevented that from happening. I do not want to work with them.
