Ketchum Pest Control

I was very satisfied with Ketchum Pest Control. They were quick to respond and I feel very affordable, but best this is I have NO MORE ANTS.

Came the same day and resolved my problem.

Went above and beyond. Did more than expected and handled all local ordinances well

I am concerned because he charged me 200.00 and than they came back and he was suppose to come back out and he has not come or called. I think he was very nice but I am concerned. I have not seen any bee's in the last few days now but he never even called when he promised to be out again on Monday. I didn't send him the additional 100, I am glad I didn't because he has not come out.

He was very professional and explained everything that he could do. Over the course of a week he followed up as he indicated after leaving two traps set up for our irrant raccoon. While our raccoon friend vacated the attic before the indoor trap was set up, the outside trap did catch one possum. The traps were here for a week without success catching the raccoon but Sten Ketchum said he would return if the raccoon showed up again to reset up the traps and would only charge the trapping fee and not the initail setup fee.

Stanley was willing to come out same day, but because of my schedule he came out the next day. He arrived when promised and did a thorough application. (I had an ant infestation). I'm happy to report that I haven't seen an ant since he left my home! He also found a couple of hornets nest that he also took care of. I highly recommend Ketchum Pest Control for their prompt and effective service.

He was on Time and performed his services perfectly. He was friendly and informative. I was 100% satisfied.
