Communication was excellent. Handled the yellow jackets and got my vehicle into a safe area for me. Proceeded to treat the area and guaranteed the work. Was friendly and had the right equipment to safely do the job. I will be using their services again and recommending them to others,.... Found mice entry points in a few minutes and caulked the garage roof hole. I paid a major pest control company bimonthly for nine year without a solution !!! They came out same day I called. Other "big" companies wanted me to wait at least a week. One "big name brand" company didn't even return my call until 10 days after I left a message with their office. Found my local pest guy!!!
