We had an invasion of large black carpenter ants, probably from all the rain we had. We tried on are own to get rid of them for weeks but nothing worked. Ketchum came, sprayed inside outside, and in our crawl space and after they left never seen another ant or spider since! It's now going on 2 weeks, bug free! We have a 90 day guarantee so I'm impressed with our results and their guarantee! No smells, pet friendly, no stains, and no toxins!

Was the first to call when I summited my job to Home Adviser. Came the next day on time and got ride of my hornet nest. He also went down the street to my brother's house and got rid of his hornet nest also for a minimal fee. Will call him for all my insect problems from now on.

They didn't find the bat,but they appear to have found the entry, and blocked it . Its been a week and no more bat droppings!
