Family owned business, first the son came, always late, missed appointments until I called to reschedule. Next the father, who also misses appointments and you have to call to reschedule or you'll never hear back from. I've given up. Looks like I bought myself $300 of mouse traps the mice won't bother with.

They had personnel issues. I called when they were late. I was told I would be called "@right back". After 20 minutes. I had to call. We rescheduled for an hour later. That's a problem when the property is not owner operated.

Bees had built a hive behind my siding , next to the front door. I tried everything I could . One visit from Ketchum , No more Bees!!! They checked entire exterior of home ,cleared out some wasp nest. Told us they would be back if we had any more problems. Great father & son team. Refreshing to see!
