They were on the upper end of the quotes we'd gotten to catch a couple squirrels in our attic, but they came quickly and in the evening. We already had an idea where the squirrels were getting inside, so they didn't inspect our attic or anything. Our own traps and bait had not worked. They set up their trap on the roof, and a few days later the squirrels were caught. They came the same day to pick up the squirrels and trap.

Timely & Very Proffessional

I hired Mr. Ketchum for a mouse problem. He charged $400 for a mouse control treatment and I paid him with a credit card on his first visit. We have a motorized ramp that leads to a loft in our garage. I told Mr. Ketchum that I would lower the ramp when he was ready to go up the ramp to place traps. He asked me to show him how to lower it and he would do it himself. I declined and said that I would do it. After he placed the traps in the loft, I heard the motor going on the ramp and saw Mr. Ketchum raising the ramp. He had trapped himself between the ramp and a shoe bench, since he was standing directly in front of it instead of to the side. I took the controller so Mr. Ketchum could get out of the situation and reminded him that I will raise and lower the ramp. He came back the next day and checked traps. Thinking that he was still working in the garage floor, I heard the ramp motor and found him trying to lower the ramp with the safety cable on and standing directly underneath the ramp. I was irritated and reminded him that I asked him not to use the ramp. The cable was loose and Mr. Ketchum suggested that he remove the cable from the hook (which would have been impossible since the safety cable was doing it's job). I advised him that if he did that, he ramp would fall directly on him. I told him that I was not happy that he ignored my requests and he apologized. A few days later, he came back to check his traps and I asked him where he was in the treatment. He told me that he was 1/2 way done. I told him that the ramp's mechanics were damaged and I wanted to end the service asked him to refund my $200. He told me that I was unethical but agreed to refund my money after January 1st. I have written him two letters- one certified and he has ignored them both. So, 6 months later, I still haven't gotten my refund.

Mr. Ketchum was very through and explained the problem with our mouse infection very well, I would recommend his services.

Stan and his son are very professional, explained everything to us and he is very knowledgeable about the types of bugs, insects, and bees. He also guarantees all his work and will return free of charge if we have any more problems, to remediate. The price is worth a home free of insects, bugs, and bees in the spring/summer.

He promised I would not see a wasp for entire season and he was right. I had a great wasp free summer

Stan is great! Nice, professional and friendly. Called the day before to confirm the appointment and even called to let me know he'd be a few minutes late. Once on the job he did thorough work. Found issues that I the untrained eye couldn't see. Set down traps and will be returning in a few day to take care of them. Would definitely recommend Ketchum to anyone.
