Pro came in and looked in every room and found evidence of mice. He then recommened poison pouches which he put in areas not visable or accessible to our dog or grandchildren. And now we wait and see if it works. If we need a second treatment they come back and treat again for half price.

He came out, assessed, and put repellent. we watched for a few days (checking for bats), he called us few days later as he said he would, we still had the bats but he said lets wait a few more days and he would call back. sure enough the next day bats were gone. he called when he said he would and we said yup bats are gone. Now we have sealed then hole where they were getting in from. Definitely worth the money!!!

Ketchum was professional & personable, courteous & understanding of my situation. i will never use anyone else for the service he provides! anyone who used the yellow pages & hires "Guardian Pest Control Services" is paying way too much & getting way less than with Mr. Ketchum. look up any superlative adjective in the dictionary & it applies to Mr. Ketchum!
