Description of Work: After the initial estimate and an agreement to go ahead with tree work, the contractor disappeared. Calls were never returned and work never done.

Description of Work: Wiggins came out to provide an estimate for a tree pruning job. I accepted the estimate and was told I'd be put on the calendar. That's the last I saw or heard from them. Repeated phone calls and messages for many weeks went unreturned. I finally called to cancel, but had to leave a message for that also and never heard back. Final verdict, unreliable provider, impossible to contact.
