playground equipment
+ -1 moreI have worked with contractors and sub contractors so I was ready to do battles to get things done in a timely manner, etc. and prepared to stand watch to assure things were done appropriately. Bob was on it and in control of everything and his team and his efforts were very much appreciated! I knew I did not have to be there and I knew that things were getting done. As a school, safety is an important factor. Wooden Works did a fantastic job in making sure everything was on the mark! Thank you, Bob and Stacy!
Description of Work: The Wooden Works Company installed playground equipment and surfacing that was purchased from another vendor for our local elementary school. Keep in mind this price is for 2 VERY large pieces of commercial playground equipment (meant for hundreds of children to play on) and also a full set of swings (6 bay) plus a handicapped swing. Bob Jacobs is a wonderful, kind man to work with and he is always there when he says he will be. This is a crew you never have to watch over. He had a crew of three men working with him and they all worked together very, very well. They even came out on a Sunday just to spread the extra mulch around to have the playground perfect for when the kids arrived back to school the next day. They left everything very clean, no mess here. His wife Stacy is the office manager and she is a dear to work with as well.
