Without any hesitation, I would recommend Wesley's Lawn Care to Angie's List members. This company is professional and responsive to the customer. The crew worked diligently and did an excellent job in this type of work. Our landscaping beds look beautiful!!! A+

It is alright. We were sort of disappointed in the beginning, as they did not get all the weeds. They did come back. Actually, it was a misunderstanding. They did make everything good with us. The lawn looks alright now.

Everything worked out great. They did exactly what they said they would do.

They are here when they are supposed to be here. They are good about cleaning up. This year my lawnmower broke, so I asked them to temporarily mow my lawn and they have been good about regularly coming to do that. I am pleased with it.

Always perfect. I call, they answer and the job gets completed on time.

Fantastic! Wesley is wonderful! He was very personable and knowledgeable when he showed up to provide the estimate. His workmen showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and performed the work perfectly. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves splendidly! Wesley has since followed up and seems to practice outstanding customer service, so much so that I have recently changed my lawn care and maintenance provider to Wesley's Lawn Care.

After first hiring Wesley's Lawn Care in the Summer and Fall of 2006, and having a good experience with them, I am quite livid and upset with their 2007 service. In general I've been overcharged and undeserved, and they have ripped me off for the last time. While I was promised a lawn analysis each month when they came to fertilize and/or treat for weeds, I only received 1 lawn analysis in 2007, at the beginning of the season. Otherwise I have found only an invoice on my door and in my mailbox, and communication with the company has been usually unpleasant. I've been forced to use both e-mail and telephone communication, as Wesley claims he doesn't receive e-mails when convenient for him to do so. Also, on 09/24/07 his crew arrived unannounced to perform a service I agreed to, with the understanding I would be notified in advance of their arrival. The quality of work on 09/24/07 was quite substandard, and I expect zero acknowledgment from Wesley. They've cheated me for the last time!

In my second season with this company, I returned to my home in July after leaving in May. The grass was about 7 inches high and the bald areas were still unattended. Westley, himself said he was embarrassed when he saw it. We agreed the yard would be mowed and Westley suggested sod to solve the problem of the bare spots since it was again late in the season for planting grass. The lawn was mowed and two weeks later, I called to ask Westley WHEN he intended to lay the sod. He said, "oh, I forgot." Westley is a nice guy and I enjoyed working with him, however when his team installed DEAD sod and even did a sloppy job, I gave up. I did notice that the team doing my yardwork all wore shirts with the name Sycamore on the back. Perhaps this is a subcontractor but none the less, the work is very poor and I have terminated our working relationship.

From the first call to the office to today, I have been impressed with the integrity and professionalism of this company. Wesley (himself!) came to our home at the time set for the appointment. He was realistic about our need for considerable lawn care (like dig it up and start again!), but was also very kind in suggesting treatments that were much less expensive and will give us a okay lawn. The gal who did the fertilization and the aeration seemed to know exactly what she was doing although we never spoke. We would suggest him to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the work they did & would use them again.

When there was a miner misunderstanding about the scope of service, the owner worked it out quickly and fairly.

Excellent work, consistent every week. We got a discount because they do so many other yards in our subdivision. Very much worth the price.

Wesley's showed up promptly the day, June 6, that they were supposed to and stayed until the job was complete. The workers and crew leader were all polite and did their jobs very efficiently. All the beds looked great and professionally done when they finished. The trimming was done exactly as I had hoped it would be. We were very satisfied with the job. Also Wesley's bid was the lowest by hundreds of dollars from the other two I obtained and he was the most prompt in returning my initial call.

They advertise open from 7 am to 7 pm...but only have part-time office person working 4 hours a day. Took over three hours for someone to contact me after I left a message. Poor office management.

They have been excellent in providing service. They come out every week.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 5 + YEARS. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE 5+ YEARS THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM IS A PRICING ISSUE. THEY DID GET IT RESOLVED AND WERE VERY NICE AND SUPPORTIVE ABOUT IT. THEY ARE COMPETITIVELY PRICED.

We hired them to mow our lawn all Spring/Summer. So far, even during rainy times they have done an excellent job. If it has been too rainy to complete the job on our designated day, they have re-scheduled us to be taken care of on another day rather than making us wait a week. Good, fast, and reliable workers.

There was a mistake made by one of the employees, but they were quick to correcting he problem. Very professional.

Because of rain and because my job was a small one for them, it took several weeks before the sod was laid. However, I was always kept informed of the delays, and since I didn't need the sod urgently, the delays were fine with me. Wesley's crew did a great job of laying it. They did miss one spot, but it was filled in the same day I called about it. The receptionist was always helpful.

Good. They are reliable. Wesley noted we needed landscaping work done (we already knew it). We recently moved into the area and have lots of priority work to be done. When requested, he came back out and provided initial quotes, but we haven't done that work yet.

It is excellent. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They workers are efficient and hardworking.

It went great; came on time, completed as planned. Missy at the office called later to make sure everything was satisfactory.

From the time I requested a project estimate to the project completion, Wesley's Lawn Care showed the utmost competence and professionalism in their work. I requested an estimate on line on a Friday and had it in my mailbox the following Monday, and Wesley (owner) was more than willing to schedule the work in two phases due to the urgency of the first phase (downspouts). His crew arrived on both scheduled dates, completed the work as promised, and each time I called with questions I received prompt callbacks if I didn't reach Wesley himself when I called. My backyard was reseeded shortly after Labor Day, and by October I had a beautiful back yard. I've gotten many compliments on the results, and I'd feel confident hiring this company for future projects. I also found their prices reasonable, and in no way felt cheated or taken advantage of. Great work by a great company.
