I had previously given them a negative report because they had never contacted me back. The day after I wrote the negative report they responded right away. They showed up at my house trying to resolve this issue. I am completely satisfied now that they showed such a quick response to help me. They did say that they are looking into the problem with not getting my emails. I will be using them in the future.

We have a contract with them, and pay them a certain price per month. They do excellent work.

Wesley met us for a walk through and saw what we were looking for. Within 1 week, we got a drawing of his ideas with quote. We revised and finalized. Date was set; crew did the work in 2 days. We did not like how some of the plants, shrubs looked; and immediately they moved things around without question until we were satisfied.

GREAT - HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND ALWAYS HAVE REC'D EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE CLEAN UP IS ESPECIALLY GOOD!!!

After receiving the original estimate and design based on our meeting, we asked for some modifications, which Wesley did right away. Once we agreed on the work and price, he scheduled us about a week out. Much to our surprise, we received a call a few days later and due to a cancellation, he was able to do the job a few days early. We were very happy with the look and the job done. We have asked Wesley to come out a couple of times just to check on some of the plants and the Maple (because all the items came with a one-year guarantee). We also were happy to see the Angie's List applied discount once the invoice arrived. We ended up hiring Wesley again to do our mulch in June and would consider Wesley again for additional work on our home.
