Service was awesome from start to finish! Beds were weeded and trenched, and they even trimmed back dead bushes/blooms and disposed of debris.

They were to be here at 8:00 am but did not come until 1:00. They did not let us know that they would not be here at the time we had agreed to. Although they did a nice job of spreading the mulch.

They showed up on time, did the services that I requested, and were very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this company as the job they did was excellent.

They were excellent and the quality of their work was excellent. It was more than I wanted to do, but I wanted it. They don't subcontract, but the workers they were using left some things behind and I called Wesley who is the owner. He came out to make sure everything is in the right place and going along well. I think it was a good price for what they did.

They came and made an application and then never came back. We had assumed that they would come back but never returned to do further treatments. I am not sure why they did not follow through.

Crew arrives every Thursday to mow. They clean up afterwards and trim where needed. Wesley sketched an idea on the front landscape, answered questions, and planted when he said he would. Followed up with e-mails about care.

We have used Wesley for years and have a year-to-year lawn maintenance agreement. We also have him apply mulch every year. Everything has always gone well except for one disastrous year when his workers pulled up ALL of our mature perennials as they were mulching. Basically, if it didn't look like hosta the workers must have assumed it was a weed. We expressed our dismay to Wesley. He came out, surveyed the carnage and then sat at the kitchen table while we decided what to do. He convinced us that he was genuinely sorry for the damage and was willing to do whatever was necessary to make it right. He replaced all of the perennials with semi-mature plants (most at least two years) and threw in a few extra for good measure. He also didn't charge us for the mulching job. We were very satisfied with his response, even though it wasn't possible to restore us to exactly the way it was before.

Wesley does a great job. He is very responsive to any questions or problems. Mowing is done very well as is the fertilization. They do a superior job on the snow removal and Wesley sends out email updates on how snow removal is coming along - when they will be in our area etc. He is very easy to contact for any emergency snow removal.

They are prompt, courteous, and they do a very professional job.

They did an adequate job. I wasn’t home when they did the job.

The crew was onsite for 2 days and completed the job, including cleanup. The project is beautiful, and the crew even helped by distributing the excavated topsoil for us at no extra charge.

He was very honest and hard working. We have used him a lot on many projects.

It has gone very well. They have been very responsive.

They seeded the lawn and everything was fine until the winter. My lawn suffered greatly from the winter last year and killed it off. I was impressed by them when they came out and reseeded my lawn for free and gave me no hassle. Now the yard looks great.

Starting in the middle of September, I contacted them to set up lawn aeroration. The receptionist was very friendly and told me that they were scheduled a few weeks out. We have a sprinkler system and wanted the aeroration to happen prior to our system being winterized. Wesley didn't make it out prior to that time due to weather delays, which is understandable, but we didn't receive a follow up call. I called to cancel the service and was told they could work around the system and if any problems occured, they'd fix them for free in the spring. So, we went back on the call schedule and were told it would be a week or so. Two weeks have gone by, still no aeroration or follow up call. Called today (Nov. 1) and was told that it would be another week due to scheduling conflicts and weather delays. At this point, we are just wanting the service done so we have decided to go with another service provider.

We contacted Wesley's through their website after finding them on Angie's List, to ask for an estimate. We wanted a paver patio built on a grassy area just off our deck. They responded the same day. Wesley came within 48 hrs. to give an estimate for the patio,a paver walkway, and to repair a stone block wall around an egress window. We contracted with them to do the wall and patio. They started about 3 weeks later, as anticipated. The patio construction crew arrived on time, performed the work exactly as stated, were unobtrusive and cleaned up perfectly They rerouted an underground drainage from a downspout. They obviously are skilled and experienced. A landscaping crew then came out to grade, reseed and re-mulch areas of the lawn and garden they had to disturb or drive over with heavy equipment. We did not sit down to pre-plan in detail the shape of the patio or make a drawing of it. We discussed the size and shape ahead of time and the day of construction, Wesley drew the shape that we wanted on the lawn with spray paint. This method worked great! The patio is 18' X18' and it took them 2 days to complete. The landscaping crew took a couple of hours on the 3rd day. We decided we needed a little bit of new landscaping between the house and patio. Wesley had the landscaping crew bring out 2 little lime hydrangeas and plant them when they did the seeding and re-mulching of the areas that were disturbed. I had a couple of new plants I was ready to install in the patio planter that they made, and they planted them for me. Wesley forgot about the wall being done, but as soon as we reminded him, he apologized for the oversight and had it done immediately the next day.

We couldn't be more pleased with everything Wesley's has done for us, so far. The hedge trimming and mulching job was top notch, and Greg was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Jason handles the lawn treatments. We've had two, so far, and are very pleased with how just these two treatments have started to transform our formerly ugly lawn into something we will be proud of.

We had no plantings and a 12x12 cement slab out back with a cement walk up to our back steps. In our mind we wanted to do what we could to incorporate our cement patio by adding pavers to the walkway area and lots of landscaping to soften our courtyard like backyard. Wesleys design gave us all we wanted, leaving our concrete patio in tact. But after discussing options, we ended up taking it out and going with all pavers and added a nice fire pit to complete the outdoor area. They started on a Friday, worked straight though the next week and finished on the following Friday. We were blown away with their professionalism and commitment to working as hard and long as they needed to to get the job done. Wesley has been out personally a few times to address MINOR issues and just to check in and see how it all continues to grow and fill in. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a beautiful outdoor space.

Overall the job went very good. This year it has been very hot. But they have promised to replace the plants that don’t come out. They are pretty good and respond to your phone calls if not the same day, they email you or call you back. They may be a little expensive. We are happy with them and have no complaints. They didn’t really suggest which plants will grow better and I was not very familiar with plants.

They cleaned the garden beds, brought and applied the mulch. They didn’t do any of lawn fertilization or treatment. They didn’t do the lawn; it was just the spa, the flower beds. It was the peak time of the season. I told them I was just going to be there at a set period of time and I really wanted him to come out with the crew, do the work while I was present so I could see it. He worked his schedule to accommodate me.

They did a very good job. We had some of the plants that didn’t grow up and we had them replaced.

Not appropriate; no services performed. Only a proposal.

We have used Wesley's for several years to do our lawn service and to apply mulch to our landscaping. This year we had mulch applied and had an upsetting experience. The crew provided by Wesley's spoke little to no English but we didn't expect that to be a problem. Then during the application, we discovered one of our perennial plants had been pulled up. The workers didn't seem to understand our distress, so we call Wesley's. A supervisor was sent and the workers were told to only apply mulch and not to remove any plants unless it was clearly a weed like a dandelion. Well. long story short, the workers continued mulching and also pulled all of my wife's perennials -- much to her dismay (and anger, under the circumstances). Apparently anything that didn't look like hosta got pulled. We asked Wesley to personally meet with us and explain what he was going to do to make things right. We knew that mature perennials are hard to find and summer isn't the best time for planting. Nevertheless, Wesley clearly expressed his concern about the damage his workers had caused and promised to do everything possible to make it right. Wesley was man of his word and within a few days he returned with mature specimens of most of the lost perennials -- in fact more than we had lost -- and saw that they were planted exactly as my wife wished. The next day he unexpectedly arrived with still more plants. As a final step, he didn't charge us for the mulching job (usually about $500). I wouldn't be surprised if the replacement plants cost him about the same amount. We had been intending to pay for the mulch when the plants were replaced but Wesley wouldn't hear of it. I think our experience clearly shows his company's strong sense of business ethics We are completely blown away by Wesley's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I worked with Gregg Pulley for an estimate and he was very thorough, punctual, and friendly. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. They had to define our beds around the fence and house and dug out a dump load of sod and then mulched everything. It was a lot of work and I think their price was reasonable. There was a minor issue which was resolved the very next day with a phone call and the problem resolved by Gregg showing up and within an hour everything was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Wesley's Landscaping and we intend to use them whenever we need to fertilize and mulch.
