Description of Work: They were very pleasant, but they created a cement patio attached to our deck, it didn't last one season, weeds were all through the cement and it started to crumble. Horrible job.

Description of Work: Bought a neighborhood deal for Spring mulching - purchased 3yards of mulch and installation. They responded with a target date for the work and showed up during that week which was fine. I was not happy with the work, had thought it would include some prep of garden beds (everyone I've used for this in the past has included edging with installation - not Wesley's apparently). They didn't even mulch around the bushes in our backyard. Last year I mulched all of this with 3 yards of mulch myself which leads me to believe I didn't even get my money's worth of purchased product. I emailed the person who arranged for installation immediately and even followed up two weeks later. I've never even received a return response from them and that means me buying more mulch and finishing the job myself. I would never use them again and am also leery of any future band of neighbors deals through Angie's List.

Description of Work: We wanted to replace some Norway Spruces in our backyard that weren't doing very well. I see Wesley's truck a lot in our neighborhood, and already having been disappointed by another landscaping company, I gave them a call and set up an appointment. Wesley came out and looked at our tress but wasn't entirely sure why they had done so poorly where they were planted. He strongly urged me to call a local tree specialty company and have them look at our trees and test the soil. I did that, but the employee that came out from that company had no idea either ("it could have been because they were too wet/too dry..."). When I called Wesley back and left him the message, he said he would have to come back out and look at the area again before he could make a specific recommendation. This time he took down my email address and said he would send us a written proposal and estimate. I called him 3 times over the course of the next month to remind him that I was waiting for a recommendation and estimate from him. He never called me responded to me.

I HAD DIFFICULTY WITH MY FRONT LAWN AND HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO HAVE SOMEONE CHECK IT OUT AND FOLLOW-UP. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CONTACT ANOTHER PROVIDER TO DO THE WORK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM AS EXPECTED AND WHEN I CALLED HE SAID HED LOST MY NEW QUOTE AND WOULD HAVE TO COME OUT AGAIN, WHICH HE DID. I CALLED HIM 2 OR 3 MORE TIMES AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE NEW QUOTE IT WAS $4600 AND DOESNT ADDRESS THE SAME ITEMS AS THE FIRST QUOTE DID. WONDERING IF I GOT THE RIGHT QUOTE THE FIRST TIME.
