The first cleaning was excellent with no complaints. The second experience we found that items as simple as a magazine holder or a bathroom toilet tissue holder were not moved to be cleaned underneath. There was still dirt and grime behind the toilet and around the bathroom sink. Dust was found on the fans and the banisters. We called to complain and they came back for reclean. The third time we asked them to make sure they cleaned the fans (as was promised) and to clean the upper grease wall above the stove. Simple requests we thought, but when we got home they had left us a note stating that our demands were too high and they would not be able to service us anymore. We found this to be very unprofessional as we were expecting company that very weekend. We did the cleaning ourselves and noticed that there were mop rings around entry way rugs that had not been moved to mop. We had also noticed that they used feather dusters to dust and did not move items on shelves or mantles.
Description of Work: We had them out to clean our 2000 sq. ft. house. They were on a once a month schedule. Items to be cleaned included baseboards, fans and other items needing cleaning in a once a month routine. As well as traditional cleaning. Floors were to be hand mopped.

IN RESPONSE TO THE MEMBER'S COMPLAINT, MY MOTHER AND I ACCOMMODATED THEIR REQUESTS FOR A ONCE A MONTH CLEANING. THE FIRST TIME WE CLEANED, WE CLEANED ALL WINDOWS, FANS, BASEBOARDS, WINDOW SILLS AS WELL AS GENERAL CLEANING. THE MEMBER WAS DUE TO HAVE HER BABY THE FOLLOWING MONTH. WHEN WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MEMBERS AND ASKED US TO ACCOMMODATE THEM FOR A "SPECIAL TIME" TO BE CLEANED, WE UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY WERE HAVING COMPANY DUE TO THE BIRTH OF THEIR BABY. MY MOTHER AND I TOLD THEM WE WOULD "FIT" THEM INTO OUR SCHEDULE, AS FRIDAYS ARE OUR BUSY DAYS. WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MEMBER STATING THAT THERE WAS FUZZ UNDER THE MAGAZINE HOLDER IN THE SMALL BATHROOM AND THE CLOCK IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS NOT DUSTED. THESE TWO ITEMS WERE ALL THE MEMBER NOTICED NOT CLEANED ADEQUATELY. MY MOTHER AND I RE-CLEANED THE ENTIRE HOME. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NOT A CLOCK IN THE LIVING ROOM TO BE CLEANED. WE CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY TO RE-CLEAN. ON THE THIRD VISIT, WHEN WE ARRIVED, THERE WAS A "LIST" OF ITEMS THEY WANTED CLEANED EVERY TIME WE CAME. AS WE EXPLAINED TO THE MEMBER, WE ROTATE THE FANS AND BASEBOARDS ON AN EVERY OTHER CLEANING, AS THESE ITEMS DO NOT NEED AS MUCH ATTENTION AS THE REST OF THE HOUSE. INSTEAD OF TAKING THEIR MONEY, WE DECIDED THAT PERHAPS THE WARNER'S WOULD BE BETTER OFF FINDING A CLEANING PERSON WHO COULD DEVOTE MORE TIME TO THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS, AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO WASH WALLS AND OTHER ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE THE HOMEOWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
