Description of Work: The contractor arrived at my home one (1) hour after the agreed upon time without a phone call. As a result of this I was late to other appointments which had been scheduled. Also he did not have a ladder tall enough to reach a area of concern and the repair was not professionally done to my satisfaction. Another area (ceiling) in the basement was not also not completed/repaired to my satisfaction.
