Omar responded very promptly to my inquiry, and I could tell from just one phone conversation with him that he is professional and dependable. He looked at our tree the next day and gave us a quote. Because of bad weather, we waited a few days to begin the work. Omar and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and did a fantastic job on our tree! They shaped it, and took off a lot of the weight that was causing us concern in the event of heavy ice and snow this winter. When they were finished, they cleaned up the yard and the driveway beautifully before they left. Their price was very reasonable! We have had many different tree companies work on this tree over the years, and Omar's price was the best by far. We were 100% satisfied with our experience with S.R.O. We have a large maple tree in our front yard that had not been trimmed back for 20+ years. I contacted S.O.R. and Omar came by same day and gave us an estimate on the spot. We agreed and it was done a few days later. He called and text to let us know when they started and finished. He also made a follow up call the next day wanting to know if I was satisfied with the work. We'll be hiring him next to install a patio. I wish I'd known his company installed retaining walls as well before I grossly overpaid another company to do so. In conclusion, it's an honest company with great costumer service and top notch work at a very affordable price.

These guys were real pros. They came out quickly to give me a bid, and were very reasonable in their pricing. They removed two large, gnarly mulberry trees. They cut the stumps so low, I will be able to mow over them! Very friendly and respectful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
