Came out twice, explained what was being done, and what to expect. It did take care of the problem.

The service was great. The service tech arrived on time, inspected the hose, and explained the process. The price was exactly what was quoted.

I can't possibly say enough good things about this company! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. The first time I called, they sent someone out the same day to help me. I had a pretty severe mouse problem so ended up having to call and have them come back out. They did, 12 days later, on a Saturday, and didn't charge me a dime.

One time treatment did not get rid of ants, but SCAT responded promptly and came back out under warranty period for reapplication.

Scat was professional and knowledgeable about their product and how it worked. They explained how it worked and what i can do to get rid of the mice as well as protect my dogs from any harm. The issue was dealt with within a few weeks and there has been no issue since.

They sprayed around the baseboards throughout the house. I'm overly sensitive to most chemicals, but whatever they used didn't bother me, even with the house closed up. They sprayed thoroughly around the outside of the house, and in the crawlspace. We were warned that it may take a while for all the ants to die off: it's been a week since then and we've seen two ants, so there has been improvement.

They showed up on time, we discussed the location of the ants. They discussed what they would do, They proceeded to spray in the kitchen, around the foundation of the house. They also drilled two small holes to get the spray inside of the walls. Would use them again without hesitation.

Ants are gone from cupboards & countertops. Scat pest will in a week or two to treat the outdoor perimeter of the house.

Extermination went well and service was very prompt.

Everything was great, from easily making connections with the company to them showing up on time and providing great peace of mind to a situation that certainly had some uneasy feelings from my wife after we found 2 mice in our house. They loaded up several poison dispensers throughout the house and garage and I was very impressed with what they put out - strong poison that locks and cannot be accessed by our pets or small children. It was not a product we could find at any of the stores we went looking for our own do it yourself mice removers. They also explained that they stand behind their process of removing mice so it was nice knowing that we were covered if we continued to have the issue. Its been a few weeks and no new mice or signs of droppings - so I think they did the trick. Highly recommend for any pest control issues or maintenance. Great company.

When Daniel showed up (on-time, I might add), he was very professional, congenial, and knowledgeable. Before doing anything, he explained his "plan of attack." Once completed, he gave me a timeline as to when I should expect results, and urged me to call back, if further issues were noted. The price, indicated below, included 4 bait stations.

I will be staying with them for a long time. They just go above and beyond. They are great. If there is any problem I can call them and they come out and solve any issues.

I give them all A's. They're excellent. We have them quarterly and the quarterly service is $65 per visit. We've used them probably 20 years at least. They're just so pleasant and professional. And if we do have any unusual critters that would come out in between their regular visits, they take care of that, and they do some troubleshooting to find out why we're having problems.

They came out and sprayed once, and we haven't seen them since!

It was wonderful. Not only did he spray ants but he let us know, we had a very bad situation in our crawlspace, we had mold in there. We would have not known that if he had not told us. He could have passed by and ignored it. He took pictures to show us how bad it was. he gave us an alert on a problem we had in the bathroom and on the toilet. I called and told his boss that I appreciated him. They told me if I had ants in 10 days to call them. I waited 12 days and still had ants and they came back and sprayed again.

We had our first treatment today. Daniel was wonderful! He showed up on time and was very knowledgable and pleasant. He definitely put our minds at ease, as we have been pretty upset and disgusted by this discovery (2 days ago).

We had a yellowjacket nest inside the floors of our house. They were entering in a crack over the window. They came through the ceiling In the dining room-twice. We had tried spraying with wasp and hornet spray. but it did not get rid of them. I called Scat Pest on Tuesday. The office person was quite helpful and said to put duct tape over the hole and the whole nest area as marked by a ring on the ceiling. She scheduled an early morning appointment for the following day. Quoted the price. She even offered to try to get someone out the same day but it was already afternoon and with covering the hole we were ok with the next morning. The employee arrived on time, sprayed the nest and also removed a wasp nest in an outdoor cabinet and sprayed the mailbox post for carpenter bees (all for no extra charge). By the next morning there was no activity and none since. We will caulk the crack outside in the fall. Very satisfied with the promptness and professionalism of this company.

CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE

Well. Brad did a very thorough job of treating our home for both bugs and mice. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Having priced their competition for annual service (4 treatments) they were competitive and even did a bit more than I thought they would (cleaning cobwebs from the exterior eaves for instance)

The two men came and were polite, clear on what they were doing, so quick, very thorough, and very professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
