Fantastic. I called at around 8 am, Monday, and their technician arrived at around 10:15 am. Cost for the initial treatment was $250, but after that, quarterly treatments are $95 each, so they are competitive on cost. I will update this review at a later date, depending on the resurgence or lack thereof of the various pests with which we've dealt.

So far, I've seen no evidence of mice since they have been here.

They came out and sprayed and they were gone that day and have not returned. They also did not try to sell me a maintenance plan and said I should not need one but they would return within a reasonable time period to spray again. I am very happy and will use them next year. I was a little sad for having called the strike. The next day there were heavy casualties. A few weeks later a smaller number of ants visited but were quickly affected by the treatment and died. It has been 7 weeks now and we've had no more unwanted visitors. In all seriousness, the technician who arrived asked a few questions and quickly knew what to do. He was very helpful. I also very much appreciated the speedy response to our initial inquiry. This is the second time I've used SCAT. The last time was several years ago. In between I used another company's services. I will return to SCAT the next time.

I have used Scat for years. They have been extremely responsive in assisting to rid all unnecessary pests including mice, carpenter bees and spiders. Matt is a professional and I highly recommend him and Scat Pest Control.

They gave me an estimate for pest-control over the phone and then came out promptly to do the work. When we still saw bugs after the first application, they quickly came back out and applied a second treatment for free. The technician was very personable and professional.

I was impressed with their initial response time. My husband was the one at home when he came and he said the man who came out was on time, polite and knowledgeable. But what REALLY impressed us both was when I called back because we were still getting the small ants in the kitchen, and they scheduled a return visit at no extra cost. Both of us would recommend Scat Pest Control. Should we have any new issues, we will definitely use them again. Scat Pest Control deserves the highest "grade" and the highest praise.

It's $85 like every 3 months. It's pretty affordable. They come when they say. It's just 1 person and he is nice. It takes about 30 minutes.

The technician was early and sprayed the first floor and outdoors thoroughly. The pill bugs died in 14 days, but the ants persisted, so the company was called regarding the problem. Our technician came again 2 days after our phone call to spray again. So far the ants have decreased considerably. The guarantee was very much appreciated, since ants can be pesky! We were not charged for the second visit and I have not seen any further live pests. Hopefully they are completely gone by next week and I won't find any more dead ants!

Extremely well I am amazed at how helpful he was when he knew I would not be able to use his services. I called twice to clarify information and he was super patient and helpful and offered additional advice if I need to call back. I can see why he has so many good reviews.

Scat Pest Control is the only extermination service I will be using from now on. Their staff is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only that, but they are willing to share that knowledge with you. I had seen carpenter bees around my home and I called to ask for treatment to remove them. The receptionist I had called took the time to educate me on what to look for and how the bees behave. She asked me to make sure I had them drilling into wood before I requested service. Most companies would have been happy to come out and charge me for a problem that didn't exist. It turned out I didn't need service. I looked all over for signs of the bees and I found nothing. A few weeks later, however, I noticed one of the holes I was told about. I immediately called and scheduled treatment. The owner, Mark, arrived and educated me a bit more about the bees and even bothered to prevent against wasps in susceptible areas as well. The service was quick and thorough. They have earned my trust!
