So far so good. They were a pleasure to work with on the phone. Scheduling was simple. They were on time for the appointment. Went about their work and did a great and efficient job. Told us we may experience some insects for up to 14 days, since we are in the middle of a residing job at the home. We have seen no sign of any insects in the home since the treatment (1 week). My wife is very happy. Price was a little more than others, but we went with this company because we felt they would do an excellent job after fully discussing our insect issues. On the quarterly maintenance plan, and we will see how the rest of the year goes. Excellent so far!! Scat Pest Control was very good at working with my schedule. The technician was right on time, conduct a general briefing about what he was going to do, and completed the job as he stated. I feel the price I paid was average for the services provided. I will continue to use Scat for quarterly pest control services.

We have used SCAT twice over the past two years. One yearly application does the trick. They are always on time, professional and get the job done. They are a model for what all service companies should be like. Family run and dedicated to their profession.

They told us it would probably take up to 10 days for the treatment to be complete and take full effect. It only took about 5-6 days so I would say it was a successful treatment.

They did a good job. Got rid of the pests. They sprayed inside and outside the house and gave a 60 day guarantee. They would come back if the ants came back again.

Went well. The technician placed bait traps in unit including attic and garage. Issue was resolved.

The treatment was successful and our ant problem is over.

Matt came in, baited all around the house, all the while explaining what I could expect, timeframes, etc. He was great!! And very professional. I don't like having 'strangers' in the house but I was totally comfortable with Matt. And he gave me some great advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future. It was just a great, overall experience and I am much relieved. Thank God for Scat. I used them years ago and was very happy with their service then, and, I'm very happy with their service now! Great group of folks. I highly recommend them.

Since I had tried For two months to take care of a flea problem myself with no success, I chose Scat Pest Control because they had a guarantee. Scat Pest Control came for an initial treatment, gave advice on what to do and explained everything to me. I had concerns about children in the home and though the home had to be vacated for 4 hours, they explained that there would be no further danger. They came again for a follow up after two weeks to take care of any eggs that had hatched. The second application seemed to do the trick.

Daniel came out and did our annual exterior treatment for ants. We've been using Scat for 6 years now and always get quality, friendly service. We haven't had any ants since they've been spraying for us. Thanks!

Sean went over the whole house with me, found the likely entry point, and put pet-proof bait stations in all the right places. Used SCAT years ago and they are as professional as ever. Easy to get scheduled, prompt service, came when planned, very professional and reassuring. I came back from vacation to a lot of bugs (there is a small woods behind us) especially large spiders that had taken up residence on the outside of the house. Since winter was coming, rather than do my own spot spraying, I thought it was time to do a thorough sweep of the perimeters and inside. Decided to sign up for quarterly spraying because it is reasonable and I was impressed with SCAT's service and the results.

GET READY for extraordinary service. Ellen answered my call. I am a property manager and she spoke with me at length. She is VERY knowledgeable about various insects. TO BE SURE, she called one of my tenants who described the offending roach in detail. She nailed it -- they were German cockroaches. She called me back to schedule the appointment with the technician. SO FAR, so good, right? Well, being a property manager, I'm used to people showing up late (or not at all.) Mitchell, the technician was there. He is also knowledgeable, and friendly. GREAT SERVICE. Since German cockroaches reproduce faster than any other type of cockroaches, I was told ahead of time it would take more than one treatment. I was impressed by the knowledge Ellen and Mitchell had, plus Mitchell being punctual. This was a refreshing experience for me, as most contractors don't care what kind of job they do and don't pay attention to the time of their appointments. Scat honored the 10% Angie's List discount. They were on time, and the technician thoroughly explained his process and the product he was using. They honored their promise to come back within 60 days if I was still having ants, which I was. The technician was even more thorough the second time, even spraying in other areas near the house where I had seen ant hills. He did everything in his power to ensure that the problem would be taken care of, and I haven't seen an ant since.

They are excellent. They are fabulous. They do a fabulous job. It is $175 for the initial. They do a great job.

Called and spoke to Mark - we have hired them in the past and was very happy with the service. Mark very politely explained that this particular project was not something they do, but he gave me another company that did along with their phone number so I could try to get what I wanted. Unfortunately, the company that they referred never returned my call, but I can't hold that against Scat - they were trying to help me even when it was something they didn't actual perform service in. I really appreciated the professional gesture. Highly recommend.
