PROMPT AND COMPETENT.
Description of Work: CHECKED DAMAGED WOOD IN GARAGE. IT WAS DETERMINED TO BE PREVIOUS TERMITE DAMAGE, BUT THE WORKER TREATED IT "JUST TO BE SAFE." NOTE: WE HAVE HAD A YEARLY CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY FOR 15 YEARS. THEY PERFORM AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND GUARANTEE THAT THEY'LL TREAT ANY DAMAGE FOR THE YEAR.

Description of Work: WE HAD TROUBLE WITH WOODPECKERS DRILLING HOLES IN OUR CEDAR SIDING. HE PROVIDED US WITH THE NAME OF A COMPANY WHO COULD ASSIST US WITH THE MATTER. WE ALSO HAD TROUBLE WITH WASPS IN OUR HOME. HE EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR THE DIFFICULTY AND INDICATED THAT THE WASPS WOULD BE LETHARGIC AND DIE QUICKLY ON THEIR OWN AS THEY WERE JUST COMING OUT OF HIBERNATION. HE STATED HE WOULD BE WASTING OUR MONEY IF HE CAME OUT NOW AND SUGGESTED WE CALL BACK IN THE SUMMER TO PREVENT THE SAME PROBLEM NEXT SPRING. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY.
