Description of Work: I had used SCAT before...they did a great job the first time around so they were they only ones I was going to called when I saw a mouse. They came and refilled the mouse traps that were used in fall 2011 and I have not had any issues since. I will definitely call them in the fall of 2013 for preventative measures.. The technician was prompt and very professional..... Great company to work with.

Description of Work: We have a quarterly contract. They come every 3 months for preventative maintenance. They are always on time and do a through job. They are friendly, fair in price and I would highly recommend them. During the winter months, Scat sprays inside and granules outside. In the spring/summer months they spray inside as well as outside, including the garage. We have never been had a bug problem and again, it is just maintenance.We also have two dogs and they have never had problems from their visits.

Description of Work: Called with an issue and had a call back within hours assuring me I did NOT need service. I completely trusted this assessment because SCAT has been out in the past and given honest service, again, not over-selling,explaining and educating. These are honest people. Love them!!! They're on my annual schedule even though they've told me it is not necessary. I feel better having them walk through the house/garage/basement each year and know it's money well spent.
