Description of Work: They treated my home inside and the perimeter for general bugs. They did a great job and I would recommend them for service.

Description of Work: The owner of the company came to my home to inspect a potential bee issue. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He eliminated carpenter bees that were drilling into the eaves of my home and causing a disturbance. The cost of the service was well worth my peace of mind that I did not have a total infestation! I would hire again for other pest removal issues.

Description of Work: I had small black ants in my entry way and front areas of the interior of the house. They sprayed and they haven't come back. They said to give 10 days and if they return to give them a call.

Description of Work: The service technician noticed the door to my crawl space was open when he arrived. He was concerned that an animal or rodent might have gotten in. Therefore, he called me to let me know this and to inform me he did not close the door when he left so that if a critter was in there, it could get out. I thought this was above and beyond since it was not in the scope of the services he provided.

Description of Work: We hired them to treat for wolf spiders.

Description of Work: I had a mouse problem. I had been using live traps and throwing out mice, but they just kept coming back and I couldn't figure out from where. Scat came out, laid out bait traps (which I was assured would cause the mice who were coming in to get poisoned and leave), gave me ideas of where to reinforce (under the gas fireplace, and under the sink) with steel wool. They were very non-judgemental. I wish I'd done it sooner. I will have them come back each fall if necessary.
