Very well. The owner, Mark, was so helpful on the phone. I sent him a picture of my pest and he called back with the identification of drugstore beetles, small and not dangerous but very much a nuisance. There were thousands of them coming from the base of a kitchen cabinet over several days. He suggested that perhaps a mouse was hoarding something under there. I told him I hadn't seen any evidence of mice but was he ever right!! I cut into the cabinet base and found at least 200 pieces of dry dog food! I vacuumed it out and the numbers of tiny beetles decreased greatly. I was unsure of how to prevent further mouse activity. He quoted me the cost for placing mouse bait. I asked about spraying the cabinet base too and he threw that in for free since his service provider was going to be here anyway. He was so calm and reassuring about my issue. I set up an appointment for the next day at 3 PM (instead of "sometime in the afternoon"). Brad arrived promptly, distributed the mouse bait, explained it to me, helped me find possible entry access holes and plug them, and sprayed the area well for the beetles. I would recommend SCAT highly to everyone... They did not rush my conversations with them and gave me all the time I needed. No wonder they get Angie's List awards year after year! Thank you!

The company is awesome. Always ontime, very nice, and great communication skills regarding your issue. I used them in the past for ants and never had a problem for years so called them again!!! awesome company and would recommend them to anyone!!

We have been using Scat for the past few years and they have been wonderful in their work. They always show up on time, do good work and leave no mess behind. They always get us in on short notices and come back at no cost if the problem wasn't fixed or comes back. Their price and responsiveness is the best and that's why I would recommend to everyone.

These guys have been great! Punctual and professional. And we've really seen a decrease in the bugs around our old historic 1871 built home. Been using SCAT for two years now each quarter and could not be happier with their service.

Mark, the owner of Scat, came out a year ago and inspected my house for termites. He was very thorough, prompt and easy to work with. Though my house had been treated a year prior by a previous owner, he inspected everything to ensure the house was in good order. There is a crawl space that is inaccessible, and therefore was never treated. He said that if that space was ever opened up he'd come take a look. We're currently renovating the bathroom over the crawl space, and it's been over a year since his offer to take a complimentary look at things. I called him up and he graciously came down and inspected the crawl space to see if there is any active termite activity. It was very nice of him to come back and take a look to ensure everything was in good working order

The service call was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and early. We will be having Scat do our quarterly treatments around our home based on this first experience. I highly recommend.

I called Mark with a question about a bug that we found in the bathroom. I took a picture of it and emailed it to Mark. A few minutes later, Mark called me and identified the bug. He assured me that I didn't need to worry about it and that it must have come in with someone. It was just some type of beetle and harmless. It would not cause an infestation. All the other companies that I called would not look at the bug and tried to sell me an annual plan to get rid of bugs. I appreciate Mark's honesty and will definitely refer my friends, neighbors, and colleagues to him. Also, if I do have any problems with bugs in the future, I will call Mark.

Just realized we reviewed them 10 yrs ago when we first started using their services. We've had their services every 3 months since then. No bugs, no spiders, no rodents. Not a lot more I can say, except I am still impressed with the people and the results. Thank you for taking pride in your work, it's been a good investment.

I called several pest control businesses and Scat was the only business where I did not get an answering machine or service. I spoke to someone who was very helpful and was able to squeeze me in right away. They were very helpful and professional and the wasp nests are gone the same day! I am very pleased.

We had a small army of ants on the exterior with some coming inside. The folks at Scat were informative and responsive to our needs. They arrived and sprayed the exterior of the house and nearby trees. I would recommend them and have them back.

From the first phone call we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. They serviced our needs in a timely fashion and we haven't seen any bees since. Yay! I would recommend this company to anyone, and will recommend to anyone who says they need pest control services.

I know I should, but I almost never add reviews, but this company is amazing. During construction of a new covered deck, the builder uncovered damage from carpenter ants. I called Scat at 9 AM. My time frame was a little tight so Mark came out that very morning and treated the house. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave me some good advise on how to eliminate future problems. The price was very reasonable and he didn't try to sell me on a long term contract. I will definitely use this company again.

Great! Last year in May 2015 we were experiencing carpenter bees attacking our deck. We contacted Scat Pest Control and they came out and sprayed our deck. Never saw another carpenter bee until this past Sunday, April 17th. Contacted Scat Pest Control, on Monday, April 18th. Scheduled the appointment for 1pm on Fri, Apr 22nd. The owner, Mark Packard, came out on time (actually 10 mins early!) and did the spray. He was very thorough, professional, and quick. I definitely recommend this company based on my experience with them.

Overall, fantastic service provider. The receptionist was extremely nice and knowledgable about the insects and bugs in the area. She was able to provide me the recommended treatment and was even able to get a tech out that same day to apply the bait. Since the bait was applied I have yet to see any other evidence of cockroaches in my home. I was so pleased with the service that I contracted Scat Pest Control to come out quarterly to spray and bait for other creepy crawlies. Extremely pleased by the entire process and would 100% recommend them in the future.

I had a mouse problem and tried to solve it myself to no avail. I called Scat and they were out the next day. Sean left bait in places I would have never considered. He explained that the baits were dog and cat proof (have one of each) and were placed out of sight of children. He told me to give the bait 2 weeks and if I still saw signs of mice he would return at no charge. Honestly, since he set out the bait I have not had any evidence of mice.....oh, happy day.

Scat is great! Showed up right on time, explained everything he was doing and why, and when things would take effect. He even took the time to go into the ally behind my condo and spray back there against the fence too. The entire appointment took about 15 minutes. I signed up for the quarterly service, this is a great service provider!

Gave great info during initial call, good price if multiple nests are there as well. For a few days saw more in the house, and the temps turning cold likely helped increase that, but was to be expected. Now the appearance of them is not happening any longer and I think they have all left or died.

Brad is very conscientious in his interior spraying and very thorough with his exterior spraying .

Mark is a miracle worker!? We? tried for over a month to rid our soffit of yellow jackets.? Finally giving up, we called Scat Exterminating.? I left a message on his voice mail after hours one evening and Mark return the call the next morning and arrived by 1:30.? He was friendly, efficient, safe and above all got rid of all of the bees!? I think that I spent more money on the sprays and sealants while trying to fight the bees myself that it cost for Scat to come and do it.? Lesson learned, call the professional!

It went great. They came out to look over the issue and treated the exterior wasp nest. The on site provider was incredibly professional and friendly, and looked around the interior of the house to assure us that we shouldn't be seeing any more from that nest in the future. I had left a message on Sunday evening, my call was returned promptly Monday morning, and they were able to get out to the house on Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't an emergency situation so I didn't press them to come out sooner. The quick response was very much appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would call them again without hesitation if we had similar problems in the future.

Was excellent experience, Mark responded to my request for service immediately. Arrived within 2 hours. 110%satisfied. Highly recommend!

Scat (as in the past) did a fantastic job. And I am continuing to use them (every three months)

I had a bad hornets nest in my wooden shed. Workers were at my house trying to replace the shed doors. I called Scat pest control at 3:15 pm and the owner himself swung by and treated the shed and got rid of all of the wasps. I really appreciated the quick response and the quality work. I am wasp free.

Contractor found problems while doing routine upgrade. Contractor suggested I call exterminator so I quickly checked Angie's list. They were out within hours to assess and treat. Very thankful no termites. House treated for ants, I was happy, contractors happy, but not so much for ants.

Quarterly, Scat comes out and sprays the exterior of our house for bugs. We had a terrible ant problem until we started using them. I haven't seen an ant in ages. They are always careful not to spray the bird feeder, and I reaqlly appreciate that!
