+ -1 moreIt went great. Juan, and his crew are the most thorough and conscientious folks I have ever used. I told John he needs to increase what he charges me, really. I'll be moving soon and will absolutely beg Juan to follow me to my new home. BTW, I've been usuing a lawn service for twenty years and this is the first time I've been happy with my provider. Thanks Jaun and crew.

+ 1 moreJuan was right on schedule with each phase of the work. He carefully coordinated his work with the opening date to coincide with completion of the overall re-hab of the house. We have used Juan and his crews for many years. He is very reliable, and reasonably priced. His wife also does interior cleaning. We used her to do the construction cleanup, window washing, and final shinning on this same property. She is equally good.
Description of Work: Juan redesigned the landscaping for a very large lot on a high end house we were "flipping". The job Included removing old worn out landscaping, re-sculpturing ivy beds, planting new landscaping, mulching & planting new flower beds for knock out roses, hydrangeas, burning bushes, boxwood. He also steam cleaned all walkways, patios, driveways, and rock walls. The 50 year old house looked like a new house when he finished! We could not have been happier. The house sold in four days after we put it on the market, and a large part of the overall success of this project was due to Juan's very well thought out re-do of the exterior!

+ 0 moreI use him regularly because of the quality of his job. He does a good job and his pricing is reasonable. He does very high quality work. Typically how the owner works is he will send his workers out and then he comes out and he will actually do a QA check on the job for what I deal with. He answers all the questions or deals with the issues or contacts me directly and asks me whether I was happy or if he has to do things to straighten up even more. He is highly honest individual. I have dealt with landscaping people before but this guy is the best that I have ever found.
Description of Work: I used Rios Landscaping two weeks ago for aerate, over seed and depatch the lawn. I usually use them monthly for trimming our shrubs, cut trees and also for irrigation system work.

+ 2 moreJuan Rios maintains the golf course at Prairie View Golf Course. When we moved in two years ago, both neighbors recommended Juan. He is very reasonably priced, always on time for mowing, trimming, and blows the area clean. Our lawn and whole lot always look fantastic. On snow removal, he shows up automatically when it snows 2" or more ... clears the driveway, and hand shovels right to the door! You never have to call him, he has it cleared and ready to go when you get up in the morning. He is a great communicator, and keeps you advised of what needs to be done and when.
Description of Work: Spring clean-up, mulch, pruning, and seasonal flower planting. Weekly mowing during summer. Fall cleanup of leaves & debris. Snow removal in winter.

+ -1 moreThey used snow blowers and shovels, which I liked better than the "blade" my old service provider used. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and the quality of their work was great. He is responsive and arrives right when he says he will. I would give him A+ all the way and I'm anxious to try him out for his landscaping service come spring.
