Restoration Doctors LLC

What this company has done is still under warranty and they have not returned any of my calls. They didn't do any of the work that they were supposed to do. There were three contractors working on this job. Don Dupree did a good job on the garage and he does good work on his own but any work done by the Restoration Doctors has not been completed successfully and they will not return any of my calls.

They came to my house and offered their services after the hail storm. My neighbor and I decided to use them and signed a contract. I've paid them $12,000 and gave them a copy of my insurance policy, which I found out later I should not have done. They just charged me the full amount of what my insurance would pay without a proper estimate. They have only been here sporadically and have not finished the work nearly 3 months later. They just show up whenever they feel like it. They were supposed to replace my awnings, but said they couldn't find them, so they just spray painted them and they are already showing rust. They had an inexperienced crew out here to do the roof, and they were unsupervised. For weeks, I've had tape around my windows from an unfinished product. They just sent me a bill for the total amount, but I don't feel that I should pay it. They said this would all be finished around the end of July, beginning of August, but they don't seem to be finishing anything.
