 + -1 morecoctacted RDJ at first and durung the sale promised the world. the would say the would get someone out, no response for 4 weeks, have many emails to document. the stopped calling us at all but we have had to pay thousands as a result of poor quality
Description of Work: The deck fell apart on a new home after spending 12k to have it replace, found out there no footers poured. Dug up dead trees that were planted with the wire baskets in place when planted. Found out they installed "old appliances' in our new home when we called Sears service and were told our appliances were out of warranty but were installed several years old. other problems included flooded basement with a small capacity sump for a 7,000 sq ft house. windows rotted on a 3 year old home ceiling starting to cave due to a continuous roof leak hvac issues snow blows un the attic in the winter

 + -1 moreWe had to follow up with the service men multiple times. They did not finish the work on time (postponed our closing,) and the work was sloppy. Drywall was back to its original damaged condition within a few months (not done right). It is now even worse. Their flooring contractor used up side down bits of carpet in the place of proper padding in the Master Bedroom. The garage door fell apart again within 4 months.
Description of Work: We purchased the house from RDJ and negotiated various repairs of interior drywall, and nail pops into the sales price. They replaced some of the carpeting. They repaired the garage door, which was falling apart.
